We stayed here a couple of times and each time it was great. Nice cocktails at the bar, pool was never overcrowded and breakfast selection is awesome. We live in Berlin, but come here when we want a little spa staycation.

The service staff is very friendly and the hotel very well maintained. The fitness area is relatively large for a hotel and, like the rooms, very clean. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was broken and the problem was really handled underground. In the end there was a new room, but until then you really felt like a fool as a guest. There is a point deduction, but otherwise everything was great. We would come again and again.

Breakfast buffet is worthwhile. Very attentive staff. Pleasant ambience despite Corona measures. The special offers are a nice side effect that you should definitely take advantage of.

I was sceptical about booking this hotel through an Express Deal and because of some of the negative and fake seeming overly positive reviews, but this place is AMAZING. Upon arrival, someone was there to take my three luggages. The GSR was very friendly and welcoming. Because I was there about 6 hours before check in, my room was not ready yet so they stored my luggage in a room and took them up to the room once it was ready.

Y'all, I think they upgraded me for free because the room I got was WAY TOO beautiful to be the room I paid for.

Great hotel! Very good value for money. The service and its appointment as well as the super rooms. Business class with TV, 3 telephones, king size bed, bath, shower, WC, washbasins, 2 seats and table, as well as safe, mini bar, .. The reception and super hall also has a free swimming pool.

We booked standard rooms and were told upon arrival that we were upgraded to business rooms. Brilliant! Great room. The service was perceived as uninterested. We "ordinary" people probably weren't important enough. Little and disinterested help to get at reception. Most disappointing was that you had to use swimwear in the pool in the SPA department. Unsanitary. Thought the Germans had come further than this.

22 for a sauna with 2 small home saunas, a sales counter without sales intent, lukewarm refreshment and a fairly manageable pool and fitness area were an unsatisfactory value for money.

Due to the current situation with COVID, the process at breakfast is not yet established and routine. All employees often seem stressed. The male service staff are always polite, friendly and courteous, which cannot be said of the female service staff. It is imperative to improve that. To interrupt the guest or to slam the coffee that has been reordered on the table is absolutely unacceptable.

Hotel with 50 years of history - something to be proud of. Lobby / bar makes a very good impression and invites you to linger. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As for the cleanliness / hygiene - there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast offers something for every taste - it is very rich and of very good quality - big plus: there is enough space. The SPA area is impressive - sauna costs extra. To complain there is hardly anything: the breakfast area was too cold due to the air conditioning; Rooms facing west have to live at times with loud music / live music from Bikini Berlin; If you are allergic to feathers / down, you better take your own pillow with you. Overall a top address in Berlin!

Good and friendly service. The breakfast was well presented and of high quality. The drinks at the bar were good, but very expensive according to the stars.
Unfortunately, the condition of the facility left a lot to be desired. The bed frame had a lot of stains, the carpet was old. The bathtub could not be used because the lime faucet was closed.
Overall, I can confirm the 5-star category for the service, it is not appropriate for the facility and the building.

I would have expected more from the star category. Here you do not go wrong but there are many better hotels for less money in Berlin.

We got married and then stayed in the dreamy Presidential Suite # 932.
In my opinion, the Hotel Palace in the heart of Berlin is the best address for everything from relaxing in the spa area to culinary delicacies in Beef 45.

Was only visiting friends in the room, was not a guest. Very nice, the service should also be very good. Unfortunately, I can not get further (more detailed). The TV in the room is quite small, the price of the room (120 ) per night I find very expensive .. For two it is in any case in order!

Beautiful bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with shower and bath, king size bed.
The hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the Brandenburg Gate which is a good start to start a tour of Berlin from West to East.
On foot it takes 45 minutes to get there.
Good point if you like animals, the hotel is located directly opposite the Berlin Zoo and Aquarium.
We ate my girlfriend my son and I in the Gin bar, the service was very pleasant and the food ok

The visit was in the wake of the long night of hotel bars and I was really looking forward to the Palace. The drinks or cocktails on the extra card were really bad, the staff annoyed. Generally disappointing, but that may have been due to the event.

Nice hotel in a good central location. Room ok, modern equipped with various lighting options, only the TV is outdated. Spa area big and nice. The breakfast was very good with a generous selection. Service generally good, but perhaps that's missing something. No special attention or a small welcome present etc. However, we have only booked a standard room, possibly it looks different in higher room classes. It is not a Waldorf or Ritz but absolutely recommended. PRICE PERFORMANCE fits and is absolutely fair.

The hotel is very nice and has a good ambience. The service at the bar was great and friendly. The regular restaurant offers good food, but the service was moderate. After clarification with the restaurant manager but everything has been clarified. Recommended with the little exception.

A hotel ideally located in Berlin for both daytime sightseeing and nightlife. Do not miss the pool and spa area after visits and long walks: powerful sauna and ice cave very beneficial. Short pantagrueliques .... professional staff and irreproachable service. Initially, after 10 days of stay and accumulated supplements, there is nothing to dispute ... addition completely consistent with benefits. A real impression of a zen stay in berlin at the time of departure.

Perfect location. Right in the Europa Center complex. Not far from the Memorial Church. It couldn't be more central.

The staff was always courteous, friendly, helpful and professional.
The lobby was very nice and furnished to a high standard. The valet service worked great.

Breakfast was superb. There was nothing left to be desired. Unfortunately, anyone who had something to complain about cannot be helped.

The rooms were perfectly equipped, comfortable and yet modern. There was next to no noise on the 6th floor.

The spa area was very nice, with plenty of relaxation loungers and a great pool.

The House of Gin should definitely be visited. Very good advice from very nice staff.

I m being overcharged dearly for my conference room hire on 16 and 17 October. Now still trying to argue with the hotel to get my money back.

You expect 5 stars, here you get them. Very nice service. Breakfast above average. Spa offer a bit clear but adequate. Menu would have to give a star deduction because I rate here but a hotel and no restaurant I leave this off.

First thing that comes to your mind is the size of your room. Room ends just after u enter it!! Rest I would say is standard.

Outer shine but inner workings are aging. Staff superb. Only disappointments were the AC and the WiFi. AC had to be dialed down to 5 deg Celsius to get it to maybe 23 deg and at that it was damp. WiFi slow and drops you every 10-15 min. Annoying. Good thing we don t watch tv as the screens are undersized. As a westerner I do like a sheet under the comforter and at 23 degrees all I could do was to get hotter. Staff moved us our second night to a better room and we thank them for that. Still not perfect.

The rooms are top only the entrance is from the 60s

Unbelievable. For the first time in my life I was shouted by a hotel buoy. I drove up to the hotel entrance to load my luggage, and this gull on me jumped out screaming, because the hotel established himself, this is the place to park taxis. I will add that no sign, no sign, no entry, no parking, no taxi sign. I drove up to the main entrance like in any hotel (earlier also parking in the time of check-in). Not that he came up, he asked for a car next to him. Not that he came to open the door, indicate the place. I left the car for 30 seconds (my wife was waiting in the lobby with luggage - 10 meters from the entrance, when I came back he started shouting at me, inconceivable on the floor and in the 5 * hotel.

The hotel is in a central location and offers a lot of comfort. Especially the gin-bar is an eye-catcher. But also the great staff should be mentioned as a praise.
