A really great hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. The suite was large, clean and nothing was missing. The breakfast buffet was a dream and there was something for everyone, even lactose-free milk. Price / performance ratio is right. I can only recommend it.

A wonderful hotel. We spent nice days here. Very quiet location with good transport links. There are many possibilities in the immediate vicinity to make something in the evening. Staff very courteous and always helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated, the only drawback for us in the bathroom was the shower, you had to take a shower in the bath and this was very cramped and after showering half the bath was wet because the shower enclosure was too short. Otherwise we can recommend the hotel.

Handy clean rooms, shower is on the small side. Breakfast is super and lots of choice. The hotel light pretty close to various points such as subway cars and stations. Easy to reach. So far no bad things except unclear indicate where we needed as input by growing and that you must make a kick lifts. Voorderest is the best here.

My husband and I had a maritime suite on the 2nd floor of the hotel annex. The view of the Spree was fantastic, the decor classic, yet cozy with a Hanseatic touch. Breakfast is served in this ground floor building with service around the main building. The cocktail in the evening before in the hotel restaurant Lanninger I could not quite enjoy despite the good preparation, because I did not like the atmosphere of the restaurant - a bit cool, a little sterile.

Had a wonderful stay here for a few days. It's in a lovely area and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The staff were very accommodating if we ever needed anything. I would stay here again if the opportunity was there!

A very nice hotel. Quiet location and yet close to the center. Easily accessible by public transport. The rooms were neat. The staff were (child) friendly. The corona measures were well followed. We felt safe there. You could also rent bicycles. These were comfortable and in order. We did miss a bicycle helmet and possibly a junior bike for our 10-year-old son. This hotel is a must.
Excellent hotel in a very convenient location to reach the city center given the proximity to both the metro and other public transport. Very kind staff, 100% cleanliness, breakfast more than ample and very varied. Excellent solution for preparing fresh juices. Super recommended.

Modern, today's trend appropriately furnished house. Friendly welcome. Room layout and furniture and lighting not ideal, for example, lit the bedside lamps throughout the room. Annoying were the 10-15 minute wait before the breakfast room, which is probably too small for the number of beds.
We were rewarded with a delicious breakfast with a large selection. The service here should be more attentive for this category.
It's a very nice hotel and the staff are great. It loses a star from me because I found that the beds were not breathable at all. I often find myself sweating at night but, in this case, I, the sheets, and the pillow were left drenched in the morning. A friend who normally does not sweat at night found he became sweaty as well. I didn't contact the staff about this as I was only there for two nights and was very busy throughout my stay.
Used this hotel again one year later. I had room on the first floor. Room itself was comfortable and clean. However deliveries and collections at night, pushing trollies over the cobblestone makes for a restless and noisy night. There was not a single night I did not wake up between 1am and 4am from the noises.
Good hotel in a really nice area. Unfortunately the staff was a little bit weird. Part of them did not know English, so it was quite difficult to communicate. When I asked one lady (from the staff) about an iron, I got answer that it will be provided to my room, but after 40 minutes of waiting and 2 reminders I did not get anything. Food in a hotel restaurant was ok, but I do not recommend, as you have better places nearby.

Quietly located on the Spree. Very good mattresses. Great breakfast buffet.
We have a so-called maisonette over two floors. The lower floor is underground, the upper floor level. By a very large Fester falls but enough light in both rooms. The bathroom is "normal" size. The cleanliness is good to very good in the room, the hallway is not really nice and on the ceiling are black spots (mold ?!). The connection to public transport is relatively good by the S-Bahn stop Bellevue. In general, I am satisfied.
Rented a maisonette for 5 nights. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Berlin. Perfect hotel location: quiet area in front of the Spree river, inner centre, close to S&U stops, Triergarten, restaurants and shops. The Hotel provides lots of comforts, the parking fee is a bit lower than the average. Staff was very kind, helpful and professional. The room, a bit different than the standard hotel room (I liked a lot) was very nice and relaxing, good soundproofing, all stuff was working fine. Very comfortable beds.
If I have to find some improvement chance, I would only suggest to enlarge the international TV channel bouquet to non DE channels, especially for news.
I would certainly reccomend this hotel for leisure stay in Berlin.

I first stayed at the hotel and stayed for one night for business. Parking is sufficiently available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
We went to the breakfast buffet and there was just a great selection. The restaurant with a fantastic view of the Spree was very well attended, according to the noise, but it is not a sanatorium. Service was very nice and always on hand, if one of the delicious coffee specialties was needed. Just a pity that the front door was broken during our visit, it banged like crazy every time .... but that's for sure long since fixed.

A super nice hotel right on the Spree. Room very clean, super nice staff and a great breakfast. Even in the evening something is offered here. Only one stop from Central Station. That's why the hotel is very centrally located.

You can actually find everything you would expect from a 4 * hotel here, but unfortunately nothing more. Many little things are only offered on request. The breakfast buffet also offers a good average, but nothing more ...
In addition, the long distances in the hotel are annoying in the long run, as the hotel extends over several buildings. However, the friendly staff and the design of the hotel should be positively mentioned.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but if I have already experienced better in this hotel category / price range. I would probably not stay here again, but prefer other houses.

Very nice location! Simply fantastic! Lobby very modern and atmospheric. Outside very inviting. You can sit down outside in the lounge area and linger without having to order anything. The rooms unfortunately a bit old-fashioned in terms of electronics. I was there now in midsummer u. the air conditioning gave hardly any cooling (outdated) the lighting controls in the room were impractical. But a very comfortable bed and a nice ambience all round. My room was spacious and spacious. Fast reliable WiFi. I stayed 3 nights and booked breakfast. The star deduction is available for breakfast. For me, the most important thing about breakfast is fresh, crispy rolls and bread, but unfortunately I was disappointed here. After the 1st time I thought that it might be different the next day but here I was consistently disappointed. Unfortunately the baked goods were not fresh! Since I don't eat sausage and eggs either, the selection of cold cuts was very poor. Unfortunately only one type of sliced cheese and the turkey cut was not fresh every time (it smelled stale). Organization at the buffet was great despite Corona! Coffee from the machine very good. I would have liked more choice such as a salad buffet and more Mediterranean dishes such as Olives and various herbs. For this reason I found the breakfast buffet too overpriced. Otherwise I felt very comfortable in the hotel and I would book it again but would rather have breakfast next door in the organic supermarket.

Impeccable hotel in organization, service and location on the banks of the River Spree. It has a restaurant and open bar, with organic market and several other restaurants on its way back. Well-located, it is within a radius of about 2.5 km from the main attractions of the city of Berlin. So it is highly recommended !!!

When I got here I was scared. And in a good sense! The foyer looks amazing, the room we don t want to talk any further. As far as I know there is a TV in every room, there is FREE W-LAN in the whole area! And also a very nice playground there you have to walk about 100m until you are there. But it doesn't belong to the hotel. There is a Paulaner restaurant next door. The location is very nice and if you're lucky like me, you can look out over the Spree from your room. Man can also walk very nicely here! That was it.
