Nice hotel, has a lovely aquarium in the middle. Unfortunately only 3 stars, they kept us waiting to 4.40pm for our room, we came up at 2pm and they said our room wasn't ready yet come back at 3pm check in time. Everyone with us got in to their room early but I didn't mind waiting to proper check in. Once 3.20 hit we asked again. Got the same problem room not ready. So sat at the bar and waiting to 4pm, they apologized but still not ready.. they new we were waiting and didn't prioritise our room. 4.40pm came and finally we got in! Abit of a lengthy wait for people who've travelled all day. Got nothing complementary for the wait either which I thought was abit rude again.

My stay was so short that I can not give a fair review.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin. We were particularly impressed by the huge aquarium in the hotel foyer with its many exotic fish.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Our room was big enough and very modern.
The breakfast was also exceptionally good. Nothing was missing. We didn't use the wellness area.
We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

The huge aquarium is well worth seeing, the hotel is very centrally located, breakfast right on the banks of the Spree and we are happy to recommend it.

A very nice hotel in the city center. Great way to spend a very relaxing afternoon watching, what could be said is a swimming pool, well its big enuf to be, but its a super sized fish tank! Amazing.... The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a nice selection of food and beverages on offer to suit all budgets.

Super great hotel and THE AQUARIUM is worth a visit.

Only one negative experience with a member of staff which I thought could have tried to be a little more helpful. Fishtank is a great attraction. Lifts could leave you waiting for 5-10 minutes at a time, however.

Everything was just right, atmosphere, relaxation, wellness, breakfast buffet, friendly welcome and hospitality, simply recommendable. Thanks again, it was not the last time, promised

Rooms have excellent views. Despite being near a busy road, the windows kept the noise out, and the room was great.

Beautiful hotel with stunning aquarium. We stayed for three nights, great location, great facilities and I had an amazing massage and facial in the Wellness centre by Annabelle.

The air is too stiff because you can't open a window

The help desk was very friendly and helpful. Also the indoor aquarium is beautiful. There are plenty of things to do around the hotel and it is a great location for going anywhere in Berlin. I had no trouble as an English speaker.

Breakfast is ok. No plugs next to the bed. Come on, which year are we living in? I had to stay up middle in the night several times just to see whether my phone was charging or not because there is only outlet on the opposite side of the bed. Internet is bad, didn t worked half of the time.

A nice temporary and free holiday budget for a budget traveler. Free beautiful waffe file, free clean toilet, nobody throws away, you can relax in the chairs and take a free map of the city. Rooms are probably expensive :)

So the Radisson Blu Hotel Berlin is really an exceptional hotel, so nice staff can be found today only with difficulty. The rooms are really chic and the food tastes good too. It is not better.

The first impression is amazing. Huge aquarium in the middle of the hall. I took a room overlooking the aquarium, it is impressive. Overpriced hotel, but few shortcomings to find. The gym is tiny, two treadmills, one of which is broken, the pool is tiny, but there are saunas.

Good views. The service very friendly. Visit the Thai restaurant on the ground floor

Great buffet breakfast! Clean and comfortable room with working air con. Only downside was when we wanted to order room service no one answered phone until fifth attempt... also there is a Radisson app you can download for room service- tried that too but kept on giving message" failed to log on"
However this was pretty minor- everything else was A+.

Excellent location in the center of Berlin. Good facilities. Clean and tidy rooms. The aquarium is a must-see! Unfortunately poor Wi-Fi in guest rooms.

Nice hotel,great idea to have the massive aquarium in the middle. Note that Sealife visitors to up in a lift in the middle of it. If you have an internal room is can be quite loud at weekend nights

Nice hotel, but the staff need to get some training on how to work in hospitality. These guys would be eaten alive in any other major tourist hub.

Nice accommodation. Some rooms have a view of the aquarium. Clean, tidy, modern.

Very nice aquarium. The normal rooms. Annoying smell of food entering the hall.

Internet didn't work, service was not good, but bed was comfortable

Big central hotel. Some rooms need maintenance (window seals, bathroom) and clearly not up to standard for a 4 star hotel.

The location is very convenient.

Great hotel in the east part of the city.
In the lobby there is a large aquarium filled with 1 million liters of salt water, a real eye-catcher. Room with a view of the Museum Island and the lobby of the aquarium.
Good hotel restaurant with a young team that was a little overwhelmed during our visit. Unfortunately, food there is a bit expensive for what is on offer.
Breakfast costs 25 p.p. P., possibly inquire about doctorate.
Clear recommendation because of the very central location and good walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island and Brandenburg Gate as well as the Mall of Berlin

Hotel which is distinguished by the beautiful atrium with a pool cylinder. Large rooms, beautiful bathroom, panoramic lift where, however, we were stuck inside without so much careless concern on the part of the staff

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Hotel lobby is amazing, largest fish tank I've seen to date.

The Radisson Blu is located exactly on the Alexanderplatz, the TV tower is only a short distance away.
The highlight is the huge aquarium in the foyer. The rooms are well equipped and modern.

I have to admit, this hotel does not really bother me. Since I have seen much better for better prices. Except for the great aquarium in the interior, this was nothing. For this room rate, I expect a wiped desk on the one hand, on the no sticky stains from the previous tenant. On the other hand, a 50 deposit per night charged on the credit card, you get back, but as a guest I expect a little more confidence. And the minibar works automatically if you only touch his coke, it is already booked, impossible!
Too bad, I was always impressed by Radisson. And, unfortunately, I can not forget that, I have ordered a beer in the bar, and after 14 minutes without beer went to my room. It was probably forgotten, and I had no desire to ask.

Main attraction is the aquarium, of course. It is not possible to use the lift inside from hotel lobby. Need to go through SeaLife. Otherwise the place is not special. A crowded reception small shop and a bar.
