It is of a higher quality than the standard 3-star hotel. It's a bit far from Lake Geneva's sights, but it's clean and stylish. The breakfast is great.

Large rooms. International electrical sockets and such a mobile phone are included in the price.

My reservation was screwed up from the agency when I arrived. Not once did the hotel staff act haute for taking care nor highlighted the agency s fault. This seemed like a welcome change.

Hotel adjacent to the mall (there's no need to go outside even), most importantly at bringing free ticket for all means of transport in the city for the duration of your stay! Worth taking, we traveled a lot on the trains and everything is free. Instead, the hotel's location is relatively remote area in the middle .. While in fifteen minutes by train to get there :)

Very pleasant stay. Super wide bed, coffee and tea. Good connection to the city. Tickets are provided by the hotel free of charge. Everything was great. I can not rate breakfast, we felt too expensive. But in the mall there is enough. Clear recommendation.

Beware, bedbugs! Had 4 bites last night and could find blood on sheets this morning. Wifi is terrible and next to noisy railway at night. Conference rooms obsolete. Poor morning buffet. L

Fantastic hotel! It is located in a commercial center with which it is connected, La Praille. They provide you with a card that you can use in all public transport in the city. Right in front you can take the D bus, which in 10 min or less leaves you in the center of Geneva. In Geneva it depends on the mobile company you have has data roaming or not, we with Movistar did not have it and each room has a mobile phone to use freely throughout Switzerland and ... completely free !!!
The rooms are great, spacious and quiet, better than what you see in the photos on the web.
The hotel has arranged parking with the shopping center and you pay 10 francs a day.
Good breakfast with a little of everything: cold meats, pastries, fruit, ... one downside: the toaster, small like the one you have at home with capacity for two slices of bread for the whole dining room !!!
The friendly staff speak French, English and some Spanish although little. One of the girls at the reception the night of arrival and speaking Spanish passed a bit of us ... The rest were all great.
In short, a 3-star hotel to which another one could be added. Fully recommended, especially if you go by car as was our case.

Nice hotel in Geneva. Rooms are big, clean and modern looking. Breakfast was nice and hotel staff was very friendly. The only bad thing is that the hotel is a little far from the city center, but you get a free bus pass and the bus stops nearby.

A good overall stay but a lot of things could be improved.
I get that it s a conference hotel however the breakfast was really low quality, sausages are bland and I ve never had such bad scrambled eggs.

Excellent hotel Very comfortable, clean and with facilities in perfect condition. The attention at reception is very cordial and always ready to help you. Breakfast very good, everything very tasty. The public transport station is almost in front of the hotel. Incorporated into a shopping center that has a food court. There is nothing missing. I definitely recommend it.

Pleasant hotel which though it is out of the centre it is in a convenient location next to a shopping mall and close to bus stops.

Great hotel of high international class: 3 * in Geneva is of high standing! Parking is covered and the price is reasonable, the establishment is backed by the shopping center: La Praille and it is very convenient because suddenly there is everything on site. Finally, the hotel is huge and the staff: super nice!

Pretty good hotel next to the Servette football ground

Very nice place. It's multilanguage, pretty nice kitchen if you want to use it. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning and pretty soundproof - good thing as there are railway tracks just beyond windows on one side. Also connection to the city center is very good (short trip and there is bus or tram). But if you want to get to the airport you need to move with a change (I prefer tram and then train). They give also (think it's standard?) a free ticket for all transportation in Geneva so tram, bus and rail are free. I live there each time I visit Geneva.

But the days smell very bad and the hotel's location is far from Geneva, and there is only a mall and stadium near it.
All rooms are hardwood and large in size.

The hotel is near the center, has a shopping center next door that allows you to shop, beds are comfortable and the deal spectacular. If I go back, I do not hesitate to stay in that hotel again, spacious and very clean rooms.

The room was very clean, large and comfortable bed, very friendly staff. C / I was impeccable, attentive employee.
Sufficient parking spaces in the underground car park with an additional separate hotel entrance. The central location is easy to reach by car.
Unfortunately no breakfast this time, I'll be back next time. :)

I have the concept of a hotel inside a shopping center all with the stadium of Geneva attached. Good restaurant and friendly staff.

Regular customer I can only recommend this hotel. The employees are real professionals. Attentive, pleasant, helpful, smiling and on the go. It is truly a three star plus that is part of the big leagues. A big thank you to the whole team.

Nice, modern and professional hotel outside Geneva city center. Spacious rooms, with reasonable prices for Geneva. Convenient parking at hotel inside parking structure. Good breakfast buffet. Located inside a shopping and business complex. They have a bar/restaurant on ground floor - we tried to have dinner there, after waiting for service for 20 minutes, we got menus ourselves, then tried to order just to be told that out of the roughly twenty items only three were available. We ended up eating at pizzeria next to hotel, a much better choice.
