Nothing special. Maybe for me because I live nearby. Nice when walking along the Spree. Many small restaurants nearby. You can eat well. And a boat is there as a restaurant.

Nice building with nicely laid out areas directly on the Spree. Companies, authorities and doctors are located in the building.

We were with Prof. Dr. Tetz (eye day clinic). Every 3 months we have to go to the check-up. We got rid of cataracts there. Since we also have glaucoma for control. The staff is very friendly. The specified dates are adhered to. You can park in the underground garage for a fee. So far we had to pay 1.90 for it. This is very cheap.

Not far away from the U-BahnhofTurmstrasse, about 3 minutes to walk, or S-Bahn Bellevue about 5 minutes to walk. There are many facilities, including doctors in the Spreebogen, event rooms / Bolle ballrooms, Abion Hotel. Office spaces, the post office, organic market, and much more. Very nicely located, a walk along the Spree with a detour to the Spreebogen is definitely a must for all visitors. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and seating are nearby.

Had more potential, parking is unfortunately under all cannon ...

Magnificent buildings and fountain with rotating sphere on water bearing.

I was there with the cardiologist. Everything is very well signposted and very clean.

Mega sight as well as a great view of Berlin when you are upstairs.

Loveless, cold. The great playground down by the river and the sculptures don't make up for that. So much untapped potential.
