Except for the rooms there is nothing to complain about. I found the rooms to be pretty shabby. Quite disappointing for a 5 * hotel. But the service was awesome, very hostile and courteous.

Reasonably prices and great kids attraction in the middle of the hotel there is a big aquarium.
The spa area is good but the gym is very small and crowded. Most of the staff are nice and the breakfast is also good.

I'm just commenting aquarium - really good idea and realization, I was not expecting this kind of things inside a hotel - one of things, that should be seen, during visiting Berlin

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It's 10 min taxi ride from Berlin main train station. The hotel has an enormous fish tank in the lobby! Fish tank is an awesome addition. The hotel have a swimming pool, gym, and offers spa treatment. We had a nice room with balcony and great view of the city. Our room was a good size for family of 3. It can be highly priced for some people, but if booked early you can get a great deal. Love this hotel because I am all about location, easy access to transportations, family/kids friendly, like to be near places to eat, and clean comfortable rooms.The location are close to most attractions (next to Berlin Cathedral, river boat rides, tower, and other attractions). If attraction is too far by foot, hop on/off bus is at the front of the hotel and public transporation is about 5 min walk. Bars and restaurants can be found around or near the hotel. Shopping Malls is literraly down the streets. The hotel are family kids friendly, excellent customer service, and offer buffet breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast. However, my husband and son not so much due to being picky eaters. Breakfast is the same every morning. Breakfast would have been better if different food is serve atleast every other day. If not interested in hotel food, eatery are found at every corner from the hotel. This hotel has all of what my family was looking for. We made a good decision of boooking this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. I will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Berlin.

I was in the hotel not as a guest, but to take a test. Went to a drinks station in the hall to get a glass of water, and a staff member approached me to tell me that water wasn't for me and that I shouldn't be drinking it. Really? A glass of water? Never being a guest in one of your hotels.

A very nice hotel, in the short term also breakfast after booked. Super delicious breakfast buffet available in all imaginable directions. Room was tidy top. Next trip will go back there

Breakfasts tasty. Discrepancies in the offer on booking, it was supposed to be champagne and it was not there, maybe I should have admonished but I did not do it. They also wrote that you can use the upper floors. Yes, we could, but only if another hotel guest lived on a higher floor, then we went with him to see a better aquarium. Perhaps it is not the hotel's fault but someone should control the apartment in my dirty opinion. The cleaning lady cleaned my infuser. It's nothing but it's about the fact itself. Drink glasses were not washed for 2 days. The water in the pool is very cold. Location great for sightseeing or shopping. I would give the hotel barely 4 stars.

Very prominent positioned in the center convinced the hotel and its friendly staff. The reception area visually benefits from the neighborhood. I've never seen a diver between exotic fish at work while waiting for the lift.

I feel that although the hotel looked the part, the beds were considerably sub-par. Pillows were uncomfortable and instead of a double bed we were given two single beds pushed together. However the hotel staff were more than accommodating and and the cleaning staff were evidently very good. Altogether an average experience, especially the price. Chances are you are paying for the location which admittedly is incredibly convenient and close to many great restaurants and public transport stops.

A stunningly elegant hotel with a fancy lobby. The gigantic aquarium, through which an elevator goes during non-corona times, is overwhelming. The superior room is very spacious, a French balcony with a view of the TV More

Really nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and helpful staff

30 minutes waiting time at the check in! Paid 208 euros for a double room and our son had to share a bed with us. Extra beds costs another 30 euro and those weren't even available. According to their T&C children up to 12 (!!!) can be expected to share a bed with their parents. We were not impressed. We stay in Berlin several times a year and another 3 star hotel is usually our choice and we are used to much better service all round by them. I really looked forward to the stay in the Radisson, but was very disappointed. The receptionist didn't show any empathy. We will not return to this hotel as a guest.

Terrible, went to my room to rest and found that my bed sheet was spiked with what was unmistakably traces of excrement and that the pillow had a cigarette but hole. I wanted to throw up and now I am trapped in this place for tiwo more nights. All I got from reception was sorry we will clean it. But nothing was done about my feeling of disgust and trust in the hotel

- Standard room on the second floor with a view of the neighboring house and a small balcony with an old bathroom, calcified fittings in bathtubs / Duschkombi and not well cleaned (dirty mirror in the toilet area, hair on the floor and in the shower!, Fan in the toilet area and loud not switchable, this 3.5 stars, rooms themselves otherwise okay and 3-4 star standard
-Reception: at check-in 100 Euro blocked on credit card. Hotel was booked through Business Travel Portal (Employer) and already paid. So far, no removal of the blocked amount on credit card. Despite business travel portal unlike other hotels in Berlin, I stay in Berlin on a regular basis, not when checking in asked whether privately or professionally in the city. Failed to complete form due to tax. When checking out you wanted to charge me this fee and has only searched the form so that the tax is not due. For this a -1. Staff at the front desk but very friendly. All in all I forgive only if it would be possible here a 3,5 because everything together does not make a 4 star standard!

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in. The Radisson is just awesome. The breakfast buffet, the room including coffee machine and accessories, flat screen and the BEST view of the Berlin Cathedral are a dream. The entrance hall is also awesome. Really a dream hotel.

A great hotel that is ideally located from his location for a visit to Berlin. The eye-catcher is of course the huge aquarium in the lobby. Absolute recommendation!

Too 90! No effort on the decor and farfelus tariffs, prohibitive, for a hotel with so little luxury, despite the 5 stars!

Stayed October 2018. The following experience:
Wear and tear of the room furnishings, defective safe, clogged shower drain, no consideration of our gold membership.

Breakfast: At check-in we were asked if we would like to book breakfast for 19 . When we asked whether breakfast really only costs 19 , this was answered positively with the addition per person. We then pointed out that the information per breakfast, person AND day is probably clearer. The offer was communicated to us as if the breakfast would cost 19 for the entire stay and not per day.

Staff: We were in contact with a total of 4 hotel employees and only one of them was really friendly. The other three hotel employees (reception) seemed rather annoyed or overwhelmed. The above Defects were reported by us immediately at reception, but the hotel staff did not pass these defects on to the caretaker etc. When we asked the reception about the completion at the agreed time, they had no information, nor was anything stored in the IT system. We then got a new hotel room and had to move. None of the employees apologized to us because of the defects that had occurred. Due to the defective safe, we had to take all valuables (notebook etc.) with us on the day trip, which was very annoying. There was no reaction here either. Overall, the hotel employees lack a certain motivation to be friendly towards the guest. A guest is not annoying, the guest pays the salary!
We travel a lot and are often in the capital cities (Washington, London, Lisbon, etc.). Everywhere we were treated and received in a very friendly manner - the contact was always great. Only our capital, Berlin, does not get it done. Service desert Germany + I can only say. We found the cleaning staff to be very friendly. They always greeted us nicely and smiled. What one expected from the reception staff but did not find it.
Wear and tear on room furnishings:
The first room we got was not worth the money. The word "sucked" describes the room very well. On the white desk there were tea or coffee edges that could not be removed. The menu was placed over these spots so that they are not visible. We had to change the room because of the shortcomings. The second room was okay, but the beds creak and the coffee machine in the room was used by the previous guest and not cleaned by the staff. However, we did not mention these deficiencies because we didn't want to annoy with deficiencies again.

If you book this hotel, you will not experience what the commercial, which can be seen on the hotel TV, promises. When you see this commercial and then read through our experience, you can only shake your head. We cannot and will not recommend this hotel and are considering formulating a complaint to the board.

We have read through some reviews and can see that your commitments on the subject of friendliness are not kept or implemented. You should take serious action here and not just announce improvements.

the bathroom needs to be updated. The floor is realy old and the glass in the shower stall is filled with plaque.
Even The blow dryer was broken. The wall to wall carpet smells bad. They didn't even provide us with q-tips.
The food is not versatile.
The elevator is very slow, and gets stuck.
but the worst of all:
it was raining and we couln't get a cab to the airport. When we asked the receptionist for help, he told us "i can't help you, you need to run faster". i was shocked to hear that this was his solution. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THE RADISSON BLU BERLIN. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Perfect location, easy to access all the landmarks by walking. Rooms are good and modern. Giant Fish Tank at the reception area is fantastic.

I'm in the heart of Berlin. Very good location. Inside, the highlight is the Sealife aquarium.

It's expensive but the service and the quality of the beers and wine make it worthwhile and the view is second to none especially at sunset

Courteous staff, spotlessly clean rooms, very close to the TV tower and Alexanderplatz. I gave 4 stars because the aquarium was under maintenance.

The view was amazing and our room amenities were lovely. I enjoyed our stay.

Location is exceptional. Breakfast very good. Lacks in showers (bad shower and has hard to ssir and enter) and beds (the double bed actually are two singles which are just pushed together in the other and they open. Deverism put at least one sheet that did not allow this opening). There is a market, pharmacy, good restaurnts, ice cream shop next to the hotel. You can do many sights on foot.

Good hotel at a great location in Berlin Mitte. Decent-sized, clean and comfortable rooms, some of which come with a nice view of the huge aquarium in the lobby.

The location is superb. The giant fish tank at the lobby is surely impressive and eye-cafching, but there seems to be too dark and needs some brighter light somehow

Fantastically beautiful designed ... mega design ... the huge aquarium full of beautiful fish in the middle of the hotel is the madness ... Atmosphere top. The bar offers all sorts of delicacies ... the rooms are very clean and modern furnished ... from the window free view of the TV tower or on the inside of the aquarium ... always gladly again

The service and rooms were excellent, and the view of the aquarium was amazing. However, the frugal side of me wishes that a stay at the hotel came with a free pass to the aquarium.

Comfortable hotel. Professional staff. Well situated for Museum Island and Hakeshermarckt. Any issues with your room are quickly resolved. No stock in mini bar, but I wasn't there to 'drink at home'.

Service very courteous, room good. Water pressure in the shower too weak. Wellness area ... Well. Tiny pool, crowded with two people. The elevators are annoying. Location and view of the aquarium is awesome.

Both the food and the service were very good. The location is appealing.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Was there for a conference 3 nights. Hotel rooms are well equipped, big enough and the bathroom is from the equipment for people over 1.80 well suited thanks to open shower. Had the luck to get a room with a view to the outside and thus even a balcony to have (two chairs and a table fit grad). During the day, thanks to traffic, REALLY loud but as an exile Berliner I know that and I'm used to it. With the windows closed, there is absolutely nothing left to hear.
The indoor area with the huge aquarium alone is worth a visit and the hotel bar makes great Long Island Ice Tea's.
Only the in the lobby during our visit permanent smell of WC-Stein was a bit disturbing. No idea where this came from but unfortunately it was quite intrusive and disturbing. Otherwise, I was very happy to be here and also like to come back.

Great hotel, extremely friendly staff, very good breakfast.
The air quality in the rooms towards the lobby is very modest. No fresh air, air conditioning or ventilation with no real effect - but very loud.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Our room on the 4th floor opposite the Berlin Cathedral and on the Spree. Air conditioning set perfectly. There were enough bathrobes, towels and towels available. The bathroom is a bit old, but could be improved with small work. The joints should also be scrubbed again. Bed (king size) was perfect.
The friendliness of the staff was very mixed! From super friendly to bitchy or no idea or disinterest, everything was there.
Especially at the reception I expect friendliness and courteous behavior. But that was only the case with one lady. The cards for the room are also for the elevator ... But they didn't work for us ... After the 5th time at the reception and 20 minutes of unsuccessful elevator travel with other people, I was given new cards with a twist of the eye .... Which then also worked! But why not like that?
The lady at the breakfast entrance also had a bad night and was therefore unfriendly. A shame for such a nice hotel in the location and the prices.
