Radisson SAS Hotel Berlin Reviews

The hotel in terms of location very good, everything can be visited without using any means of transportation. Impressions very good. Nice and friendly service. However, the order in the rooms leaves much to be desired. They need to work on it a lot. However, the comfort of sleeping, somehow bedding, pillows very good. Lack of bottled water in the rooms. Delicious champagne for breakfast. The view from the room very pleasant, I recommend a room on the top floor.

5 stars for the fish in the lobby and a 2 star deduction for not welcoming fishing in the lobby. Furthermore:

A centrally located hotel, clean and modern. The freestanding aquarium of the sealife is a real eye-catcher.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin,
Stayed 3 nights where we received a warm welcome. Great and very clean room with a view of the Spree and Berlin Cathedral. Very good breakfast buffet with a huge selection. Beautiful spa area for hotel guests is also available for free. The staff is always very friendly, competent and very accommodating which makes the stay pleasant. Perfect location and good value for money.

hotel position is great . the all , aquarium and breakfast are close to 5 stars service...very good . The room ,are very old ...imaging that bathroom is probably 20 years old and the AC is still this analogic. Refrigerator empty even you are obliged to grant 50 day for extra. No chance to find water into the room but only troght room service or bar ...but only one brand 9 for a bottle .75. that is crazy.

Beautiful hotel.gang even on my wishes a heights anxiety and the elevator, that always one of the staff with me elevator before and I had a room on the first floor. Room was clean and tidy and top. Staff friendly and helpful in everything. Food tasted excellent.

Everything great. Room Top and breakfast also special requests were considered

Decent size room with a VERY comfy bed. Good breakfast selection. Couldn't of asked for a better location. Would of been a 5* review but the hotel's unique selling point and one of the main reason's we booked being the aquarium in the centre of the hotel lobby was being renovated (until May 2020) and no prior warning was given.

Hotel is okay, breakfast could be better. Horrible, unprofessional and rude personell. I would not recomend it for a business trip.

A unique place not only on the city map but also in Europe. Luxury in every respect.

Great Location very close to Fernsehturm Berlin and Alexanderplatz

Nice hotel, large rooms. well located at the Berlin Cathedral and Alexanderplatz. The aquarium is a central attraction in the hotel with the bar below. However, the service in the hotel in general is slow and they are somewhat unfriendly.

There are no words for how amazingly life changing this hotel is!

The location of the hotel is excellent, but I lived in a coffee shop on the river where it is located

A very elegant place in a more than strategic position.

The interior of the lobby is a bit like SF movies. With an aquarium under the ceiling.
There is a white piano - the concert was played by a great pianist and vocalist Inka Hellmich! The wine tasted good. recommend

The hotel was good. As many others have mentioned, the elevator is a separate subject. Pretty much full when it comes. Always queue to the front desk. Upon check-in, the room was not ready at 1500. After standing in line the first time, we had to queue up again, after about half an hour as they said at the reception.
When they were unable to finish the room in time, they should have arranged this and got away with the cards when the room was ready.
Air conditioning turns on and off incessantly. The coffee machine did not work and was not fixed in spite of 2 reminders. Wi-Fi on site is a great joke. Although the service does not clear up the challenges encountered, they are polite

Lack of cleanliness in the respective rooms, for this high price.
Friendly staff, however, the prices, be it in the lobby area or in the menu, are overpriced.
In addition, the rooms that you book are not displayed with the required images! Unfortunately disappointed, even though it is a 4 star hotel.

Great location and overall good hotel with a gigantic lobby and overall good staff. 4 G-stars but only, because you do not try to be a bit more personal and you on the location and the name rest. But this is just my subjective opinion, measured by the price. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel (depending on the course) and would normally rate the house with 4.5 G stars, but since this is not - it will be just 4. Stay tuned Stefanie, everything .

Everything is great, just want the privacy hatzi is just the price if you have an aquadom in the inner courtyard.

Am on business in a lot of hotels on the way but the Radisson Blu Hotel Toppte everything .. from the beginning to the end, you get a friendly service if necessary also in English. In the hotel can book tickets for almost all attractions, public transport tickets, as well as tickets for events .. we divide cash money through the service and very important in Berlin time. The rooms are great, the rooms are top cleaned. Only the breakfast was expensive, but there are enough outside opportunities so there is something for everyone. We had a room inside and the climate made for cool comfortable air and the view of the huge Aqarium is awesome. I found my family hotel in Berlin. Simply top

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms we very comfortable and the hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is centrally located and close to public transport. This was really convenient and made its a breeze to move around Berlin. The huge aquarium in the foyer has to be seen to be believed.

Great location. Stayed 5-nights and, bizarrely, the number of glasses in the room changed from 2 to 1 to none; why is the cleaner taking them? Weird. Room guide talks about a mini-bar but fridge empty throughout my stay! They wanted 250-euros to cover potential purchases (which I didn't make) and would only accept a credit card, good job I happened to have one. This is a warning because I got the impression they would not let me stay without one even though I had already paid for the room in advance. Hotel a bit dated and need of a face lift. Free wi-fi which works as well. Area between entrance and check in desks needs sorting; they keep leaving a trolley rack here blocking route next to a pillar. Room prices high compared to equivalent hotels.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights. It is a very good hotel from every angle.
The location is perfect, few minutes walking from Alexander Platz or the museum island. Transportation is easy and if you want there are taxies waiting in front of the hotel. The hotel is modern and has all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for a couple. There are rooms with inside view to the big aquarium. Some rooms with a view to the spree river. We stayed in a room without special view, but it didn't matter, we came to visit Berlin.
The breakfast is more than enough to begin the day, you can choose from a variety of foods every morning.
The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and willing to assist when needed. There is a good and free wifi in the rooms and lobby. After a long day it's best to relax in the spa with little pool and two sauna rooms.
As a whole it was a very good experience, and I hope to stay there in my next visit to Berlin.

Perfect location. Very appealing in the entrance area. The whole ambience is exceptional even after the reception. When the giant aquarium is ready again, it will be really impressive. Room excellent clean, nice design and very good bed. Unfortunately breakfast is rather weak. No matter if cheese, sausage or something around it. The selection was very thin. Prices at the bar violently on the ground floor. Even worse is the mediocre commitment of some counter staff. They dim the impression at the bar, especially since there are also brisk, attentive bar people. In particular the little man with d. Glasses!!! It was great! Overall clear recommendation ... although at check in it takes a while.

Very nice hotel! Very comfortable rooms and the huge aquarium in the lobby is a fine detail :)
Minus point is that there is no comfortable sitting in the lobby area.

Bar service is slow. The business rooms are large and the towels are large. The beautiful elevator does not lead to the rooms.

Fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Right within walking distance to Alexander platz, check point Charlie and the brandenburg gate. You can go on a boat cruise right beside the hotel which I would highly recommend. Rooms are bright and clean the added highlight of the hotel is the wonderful aquarium in the middle of the lobby.

Sure, the best hotels, but you need to improve few things:
1. is it so hard to put shoes spoon into room? Camon! You are Radisson blu!!!
2. king sized bed..not bad, but all night you are trying to put dividing every 5 mins bed together back.
3. dirty rooms, please check!

Very nice staff, affordable, an incredible aquarium and great location

The room and service were great, but for the price we paid I felt there was a lack of amenities and it was cheap to nickel and dime the guests (in charging to ride the elevator into the aquarium, for example).

Super location. Poor Wi-Fi in room, does not cover the entire room! (2197). Swinging water temperature in bath. Good rooms + good selection of food via room service, actually better than restaurant HEAT in the hotel. A little more beans in the morning coffee had been desirable.

Located just mins walk away from 2 train stations, food is easily available around this area. Rooms are not big but sufficient for a couple of days. There's also a small lap pool and fitness room. Breakfast is amazing with a very good spread! Live egg station to cook your favorite style of eggs!

Breakfast in the hall, where the registration is, I had not expected in a Radisson. I have to remember for the next trip. Then probably not into the Radisson.
