Very nice hotel at the TV tower in Berlin-great starting position. The rooms are not very big but clean. We had a room with a view of the aquarium, which was great but also more expensive. The breakfast was good but for the price (25 , a little less if you book it when checking in to book it) the offer was a bit too poor. The pool was frighteningly small at the first sight but better than none and for a little cool it is enough. The parking fees in the underground car park also scared me but are generally extremely high in the center of Berlin. For a short trip recommended.

Well cared for hotel. We had a false fire alarm, but the evacuation was quick and well-organized. The aquarium is very beautiful. Breakfast is actually way too busy, and that's a shame. You have to wait quite a long time until you are helped with a table on some mornings. After that everything is fine again, even though I had really seen the buffet after three mornings. The pool is funny, small but therefore well-arranged with small children
Noteworthy are the amazing reception and function rooms on the upper floors overlooking the cathedral dome and spree. The general exclusive location near Alexanderplatz / TV tower, Nikolaiviertel and boulevard Unter den Linden (opposite the Berlin Cathedral and City Palace), with a quiet side of the cream on the river side (also the terrace of the restaurant is out), and especially in the foyer The fascinating "Mega-Aquarium-Pillar" "Aquadom" of the Sea Life (here is by reception / reception, although always a lot of business .. it can still lounging in chic / comfortable furniture quite formidable and follow the passed and swimming relaxed). For the mental and physical well-being is very hard - if you only to look, an excellent coffee and sanitary offers stop, you are also welcome. I like!
I stay most weeks for work. The service is, erm, interesting let s say. Example - Last week they cleared my room and threw away my cosmetics and work security pass before I d even checked out (I d gone for early breakfast and a walk). The manager emailed afterwards but there was no follow up. Quite a costly mistake which I m surprised they didn t rectify.
I am so delighted that i have chosen this hotel for so many reasons that i can think of. But the highlight of it all is the location wherein a very close up to the city's most beautiful photogenic attractions e.g. The Berliner Dom (which is surprisingly exactly the view from our hotel room) beautiful river that surrounds it too. Few minutes steps to the Altes Museum park with a very relaxing clean huge surroundings and safe place for the whole family to enjoy..small food shops are everywhere and very accessible. Loving our hotel family room it's exquisite and yet simple design makes me feel at home. It is always clean refiled everyday..towels,sheets,toiletries etc...and coffee refils...All staffs were amazing and always helpful.
The breakfast is really good. They provide all kind of breads, sausages and cheese. You can make you own orange juice, though using a manual press is really tiresome and messy. Their pre-squeezed juices are also super nice. The rooms are More
Excellent service as expected. Parking garage in front of the entrance works very well with the Raddisson Blu. Great location to start your day in central Berlin. A great hotel, a great room, a recommendation for a visit with children, you can get a chicken coop and bed sheets..but an excellent but identical breakfast, an excellent lobby bar, and of course the aquarium does the work ... close to public transportation of all kinds .. There are full restaurants around and within walking distance to lots of tourist sites.
Have never seen such a bad 5 star hotel. For example, in Bangkok, Tokyo, Istanbul or any other city, a hotel could receive a maximum of three stars. When we arrived half an hour earlier we had to wait and drink beer The waiter from de bar next reseptzion was extremely rude and never said please. When checking in the staff were extremely rude we had to wait 15 minutes. Because between had to talk by phone or with each other. When I said that we expected more from a 5 star hotel, they answered unfriendly that they are not a 5 star hotel. That we have to talk about it with booking com. The room, bed and bathroom are also not 5 star quality. Never again . With the same price man can already book with the other better hotel. Have honestly never seen such a bad 5 star quality. Too bad.

Friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet. The view of the huge aquarium in the atrium is spectacular. The room was a bit worn, the usable by the guest sockets unfavorably placed and too few.
The fish tank in the atrium is out of this world, spectacular. The rooms are good but feel more like a 4 star hotel if I'm honest. The toilet in our room needed a good scrub....

Lady at the reception looked so sad and it didn t make us feel welcomed. The cupboards are so small that I couldn t even store my luggage. The beds are small and the side table had a big burn mark which took the ambience of the room down. The coffee machine was placed on the side table. No glasses for drinking water in the room. Extremely bad experience with Radisson for the first time. It was so bad that we had to change the hotel after one night stay.
Very great hotel, staff is very friendly, rooms are nice but the lampshades could be replaced because they are worn and dusty inside, the desk in our room was also worn, but the room was otherwise very clean, breakfast is very tasty and plentiful ,
I have to say I travel a lot but staying in this hotel made me feel more comfortable! The staff from the bar is so friendly and accommodating, that impressed me a lot! I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and we had a lovely time. The room was very nice and the housekeeping maintained it clean at all times; the view of the Cathedral of Berlin was fantastic; on the concierge desk everyone was speaking English and was very helpful with giving us directions. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, worth every penny.
Luxury hotel with great giant aquarium in the lobby, food and rooms are up to standard in this class but not outstanding. (Very small) pool and sauna / gym are ok, service also, seminar rooms with great views over Berlin. Ideal for business, but not for private holidays, but it is too big and impersonal.

It should be something special for me and my son. Unfortunately there were already problems with the check-in. We were not found. We were a little disappointed for the fact that we took a suite. The rooms look different from the pictures. Furthermore, the room was not made ready for 3 people. The bathroom was not particularly clean everywhere dust and stains. The look was good, however It was not possible to sleep with the window open because it was right on the street and it was so loud. The air conditioning wasn't set properly until the next day. Unfortunately, Corona made breakfast no different, but Queuing for half an hour to get rolls and another one for coffee was too much for me. The staff was very friendly but seemed a bit stressed. The location was good. So we could reach everything on foot.
This hotel had one of the most rude employees I have ever came across from traveling. Sebastian continually was rude through the whole stay. One employee told me a electrical adapter was free unless you didn t return it. I returned it and Sebastian told me how wrong I was and was going to be charged. I told him look in his notes and sure enough, it was marked down what the employee had told me. This was only one instance and I could go on for quite a while. I also noticed him being extremely racist and rude to a group of black men in the hotel multiple times even to the point that I asked them why was he doing this. They responded he had been rude to them from the beginning. People like Sebastian have made me believe Berlin is not a place to visit and especially staying at this pathetic excuse for hospitality. I stay in hotels all over the world and will never step foot in a Radisson again. The showers were a joke, the restaurant was not good, and the only nice person in entire building was the bartender.
PS. I have never in my life heard of a hotel charging for an extra room key. Lol . Someone must be desperate for money.
Norhing horrible about this hotel, but nothing extremely great either besides location. We had a queen size bed and not really comfortable. Further, just wondering how come a 4-star doesn t have king sizes as standard in their double rooms? Bathroom door had a double function, in which it could divide the toilet from the rest of the bathroom or just close off the actual bathroom - just never really sealed so if two travel partners who needs privacy....well then the door is not sound proof or peek proof. Another thing! No outlets by the bed side so only way of charging once phones were by the desk opposite site of the bed, which in my opinion is annoying when you might one to look at picture, research the city etc. while you lie down and relax. Well it wasn t at all bad. Just needs a few adjustments or upgrades :)
We stayed for 5 days in a premium double room overlooking the Aqua Dome. Price about 250 / night !! The look on it is great, but that's the end of it. HOTEL: The hotel has 427 rooms, so over 700 beds. It is mass tourism, very noisy and you often have to wait. ROOMS: Despite "premium" small. Not a single outlet on the bed. Opening the balcony doors to the Aqua Dome, it smells strongly of the downstairs restaurant, although we were on the opposite side on the 4th floor. When we arrived there was a Balcony door neither close nor lean against, the first night was so loud, it smelled and was too warm, because the air conditioning because of the open door not. Safe also did not work. Both were repaired on the second day. The double room has a coffee machine, unfortunately there is only one cup. Towels placed on the floor were changed, bathrobes were gone, new ones did not exist. Bathroom door has a snap lock, when open / close it pops loud. The curtains were missing various rolls, they could push bad. SAUNA FIELD: A joke, small, uncomfortable. In the quiet room are a whopping 4 (!!!) beach chairs. If you can not even sit down after a sauna, that's a shame. PERSONNEL: Very mixed. Many tried, but some very dull. When we asked for coffee cups at the first breakfast, two employees told us that they did not know is not their department. End. When I ask why the 90 degrees sauna real only 60 degrees, the woman told me she had no idea she had not built the sauna. Conclusion: For the price level, the hotel in many details is just too careless. For the price level (soft drink in the mini bar almost 5 , burger in the foyer 15 ) When we approached the front desk, we were offered a coffee to go as an apology. No thanks
A fabulous hotel in a very good location! An exclusive entrance hall, an imposing lobby thanks to the Aqua Dome, friendly staff and 1a room. The view of the Berlin Cathedral is very good! The room service fulfilled despite occasionally longer waiting time all desires. The wellness area is appealing, if not huge. The food, especially the breakfast is delicious! The icing on the cake: WLAN is not only free but also fast enough for Netflix & Co. A class hotel which we like to visit again!
After asking politely where the toilet is, I was turned away on the grounds that I am not a hotel guest and that the toilet must be cleaned afterwards because of corona. It wasn't a problem at the Hotel Adlon.
Where do I start? What an absolutely amazing place to stay. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and when we checked in they had upgraded our room to superior and put a chilled bottle of wine and chocolates and fruit in there all complimentary. The staff were also excellent and helpful. The bar area was lovely and the breakfast food was excellent. Next time I visit Berlin this is the only place I want to stay.
Staff were really kind and helpful when my daughter was ill in the night. We asked for a view of the Aquadom from our room - great for a toddler. Room was really clean. Check out was fast. We'll go there again!
Inconsistent room service breakfasts. We ordered twice and each time we ordered the same thing. However, each time we either didn t receive as much or we received more items.
Don t expect to sleep in. The doors to the rooms here are heavy. The cleaning staff don t seem to understand what propping a door open means. They continually allow the door to open then slam shut, all morning long. It s now 11:30am and I ve heard doors slam roughly 30 times now. Not cool.
The staff don t seem to understand what no means. They knocked and I said no, even in German (nein) but they still allowed themselves in. Once I had their provided robe on I opened the door again and the guy, who spoke perfect English, asked again to come in to service the mini bar. We never enough took anything out of the minibar so why now would they ask to service it.
Oh yeah, the water temperatures in the bathtub here are also inconsistent. Ranging from ice cold, to near scalding hot, when you take a shower be prepared to tweak your back since you ll be very surprised by the temperature.
So far, about the only things that I like about the hotel is the great location and awesome aquarium that isn t even owned by the hotel, but by the next door AquaDom/Sea Life. Which by the way, the staff explained to us that you can t access directly form the hotel and also costs for guests to take the elevator up in the middle of it.
Such rude reception from the man on reception at 22:30 on 12.12.2018. A standard question for a hotel: may I call my friend s room, her name is x, her partner s name is y. He treated us with contempt, fobbed us off to his much friendlier colleague, and while she was kindly searching for the names he interrupted, shouting over sarcastically, Have you tried reaching her on a different number, maybe her mobile. To which I had to reply, yes, of course, why do you think I m asking the hotel reception, I m not stupid. Of course he had no comeback. Utter plonker. Sort out your reception staff.
A really fancy place. Very clean rooms, family rooms for the holiday with children are available, big enough. The service is very accommodating. Nespresso coffee and tea for free in the room. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and made with attention to detail. We recommend! Within walking distance of all attractions in Berlin Mitte, even with small children (4-7 years) to do well.
I can t recommend a hotel that doesn t even have an electrical outlet next to either side of the bed. Plus they want to charge me 250 for an extra night when my group has a rate of 130.
Buffet breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable.
My favorite! Great service, high standard and competent staff. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, even all newspapers are available. And of course the hygiene is top.
For the price I expect more: - The wifi is poor, it took minutes to load some web pages, and I was disconnected several times - The chair in the room is not comfortable (too low for the table, and not a real office chair) - The restaurant is OK but fairly expensive (particularly the breakfast is overpriced)
Nice hotel, only stopped by for a beer and the fishtank. There is a sign saying bar is only available to residents. However we sat down and got served.. super friendly staff. Cool atmosphere around the bar looking up at the massive fish tank.
The inward facing rooms are great, very comfortable and clean with a great view of the fish tank, but they are very dark which makes waking up difficult!
Very nice hotel with the most amazing Fish tank on the lobby that you will ever see. The fish tank has a lift running through the middle. Hotel restaurant was nicely situated alongside the river.

Due to a system change in June, unfortunately, there were still serious problems last week. So they were allowed to wait in the lobby for an hour. We were not even offered a drink after 7 hours of arrival. The next day our room cards suddenly stopped working. Room service was unfortunately not even a minimized offer. I would have expected that you would at least be accommodated with our upgrade. Taking dogs was not a problem. There were also problems with the check out. I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Pity!
Reception is excellent. I actually hoped to get a room towards the lobby and the aquarium again. Was a great experience about 2.5 years ago. I was given a room with a view of the cathedral with an upgrade. Was meant well. I felt the room was in worse shape than the one against the lobby. In need of renovation. The aquarium unfortunately only had small fish. The lobby was lacking in ambience due to Corona. A shame. Hopefully it will get better in the near future. Otherwise, I would prefer a simpler, cheaper hotel. The staff was really super helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Location perfect.
This hotel has everything I want from a good hotel. Central location, in the middle of the life of the metropolis, easy accessibility by all means of transport. Comfortable and modern equipment with style, but still everything with sense and practicality, in addition to discreet, unobtrusive service and a very extensive breakfast with a view of the Berlin Cathedral. Only the spa closes too early for my taste, so that a late-night bath in the pool or relaxation in the sauna is denied.
