Beautiful hotel in the heart of Berlin- perfect - transport connections, shops and attractions.

The room is beautiful BUT hygiene and cleanliness was an issue the taps aren t well maintained (see photos) and cleaning is little to be admired.

The toilet never flushes but it doesn t mean much happens! It takes time just like the wifi!

Staff very friendly and helpful but the check in did take a while!

Give it a go - it isn t terrible and the bed is comfy!

The hotel quickly took action and upgraded us to a beautiful and clean room - many thanks and yes I maintain give it a go!
