I had a horrible customer service issue with the Brownsburg Ford dealer. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me about a Ford Recall issue. So I got a hold of Pearson, and they were prompt, to the point and fast! Within an hour, they had confirmed the recall on my vehicle and scheduled a tow. In 3 days my vehicle was ready to drive off the lot! My next vehicle will be purchased from Pearson! Thanks Chris and Dustin!

Overbooked, and the lack of effort shows. Only went here cause my company has their vehicles here. Glad I roll Chevy! Hare Chevy in Noblesville is light years ahead of this place on all customer satisfaction metrics!
I recently bought a used f350 from Pearson. I was told that the vehicle had been through the shop and had no problems. When I test drove the truck there was no faulty engine lights or anything. Once I signed papers and drove off the lot. A TBC fault happened on the dash. I looked it up and figured that this isn't an issue to be concerned about. 3 days later an engine check light came on while 90 miles away from home. I had to drive it to get back home for it was 9PM and I couldn't just stop in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday. I checked all fluids the next morning and cleaned the battery terminals, thinking that this might be the problem. 3 days later the check engine light came on again. The next morning I started the truck up to find it was blowing white smoke. I didn't drive the truck any more. I went to Pearson Ford and all the would offer me was a free diagnosis. This in my opinion is BS. I know that I bought as an as is vehicle, but after doing more research about the TBC FAULT this can be reset by Fords IDS scanner. I honestly think that I was bamboozled. I went to what I thought was a reputable dealer and ended up paying over a grand to repair this truck. (That's only parts, not all the time that it took me to do it). I am writing this as I am agitated. When talking with the salesman, he assured me that the truck had been through the shop and nothing was wrong. Their shop didn't even take the time to clean the battery terminals or change the oil. Which was disgusting. When you pay $14000. + you should expect something to last more than 8 days.
I went into Pearson s last Friday intending to purchase a vehicle. There wasn t much, if any apprehension, but once I sat down and got into the process, it was the MOST pleasant experience! I met with Dan, and he was the most pleasant, and transparent professional ever!! I didn t have a chance to ask any questions, he was so up front and forthright that I sat there in amazement. Zach in financing was just as pleasant, transparent and professional. It was truly an unexpectedly awesome experience!!! I can t wait to go back for my next vehicle!!!!
Service staff were very friendly. I didn't waited very long for my car to be serviced. I really appreciated the car wash. I enjoyed being able to sit at your picnic table outside.
I did not have a good experience with Pearson Ford in Zionsville. But, they did apologize and ask if there was anything they could do to change my opinion. I applaud the attempt to correct the bad impression I was left with.
Brought my truck in for a malfunctioning power door lock, and a leaking turbocharger.Service department kept me up on what was going on, and only had truck less than a week. Very happy with the experience.
I recently had to have my car towed to Pearson Ford. And let me tell you, the experience was something that I was a bit shocked by. Not only were they helpful and professional, Michael was more than reasonable and fair given the whole situation with some special extenuating circumstances for previous work done by another shop. I was not only more than pleased with the service that I received, but I know if I have to buy another car, I will definitely return to Pearson Ford.
I called Ben and 3 hours later I bought the New Escape that I wanted. Everybody there was patient and kind. I am very picky and I ask questions. They answered them all and were very professional.
I brought my Ford Escape in for a recall. They fixed everything in a few hours and even provided an Uber so I didn t have to wait there the whole time. The guys working at the Service Dept counter were very friendly, and professional.
My initial relationship with Pearson Ford began with email correspondence with Don Thompson.
Turns out, Don doesn't 'sell cars'; rather, he assists people in deciding which car best fits within the balance between their budget, needs and desires - and endlessly endeavors to put them in the right car. The (refreshingly) missing element here is 'pressure'.
I visited 5 dealerships before I decided on Don Thompson and Pearson Ford; Don was a welcome and refreshing departure from the typical 'car salesperson'. Don made my dealer selection decision a no-brainer, and is the reason which landed me at Pearson Ford.
It's significant to note that their price quote wasn't the lowest. However, price is only one component of such a business relationship; trust, follow through, integrity and service after the sale are equally important. Don is instinctively aware of this tenet of business relationships.
Salespeople who have been in the business much longer than Don should take some time to learn from him; he somehow possesses the power of understanding both sides of the car purchase relationship.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Don and Pearson Ford to anyone in the market for a Ford Motor Company product. Period.
Upon delivery of my new car, I actually drove away from the dealership with a genuinely good feeling - un-muted by the usual back-and-forth fatigue resulting from the typical buyer/dealership/salesperson battle.
Easy car buying experience. Got the vehicle I had been looking for at a good price. Wasn't stuck in a dealership for endless hours like most places. Manager Ben went above and beyond to help resolve an electric issue that came up later. Will shop here for next car.
I have always hated shopping for cars. My opinion has changed after my recent SUV purchase here. I was in the market for a new SUV. From beginning to end the process was fantastic. I felt like I knew the salesperson for years. They really make the car buying (SUV in my case) experience very seem less stressful. Their GM even came to thank me before I left and especially thanked me for driving from the west side of town. Great experience all the way around.
The atmosphere at Pearson was amazing! Charlie, was very helpful and displayed amazing customer service during the process of me selecting the right vehicle. Highly recommend Pearson Ford!
We have been buying our cars from Pearson since 2001, and couldn't be happier. Dave Taylor and Chris DeFord are so personable, and truly listen to what we want. They work hard to find the right car for us every time. Thank you for making car-buying so easy!
We use Quick Lane Automotive located on the south side of Person Ford. They always get us taken care of in a timely manner and solve what ever problem the vehicle seems to have. Very professional every time. Best place to get your service done in Indy!
Third time buying from Pearson. Each time it gets better and faster. I told Ben what I wanted and he had it ready before I came in. Spent a total of 45 minutes in the dealership. Easy transaction as always. Switching all my business vehicles from Chevy to Ford and I wont go anywhere else.
Terrible experience. Called about a vehicle listed on the website to confirm the price. Verified the price, stock number and availability. After scheduling a test drive, we showed up to find that the vehicle we had discussed was being used by the owner as a personal conveyance. The salesperson, Holly, said they had the same vehicle being used as a demo car that we could test drive. We said that we weren't interested in purchasing a demo, but would test drive to see if we liked the model. She said that if we liked it, we could arrange a dealer trade for the same car/same price but with no miles. When we returned from the test drive we told her we would be interested in the dealer trade she had mentioned. At that point, she said the price would go up since they had taken $500 off of their demo due to mileage. Seriously? Total bait and switch.
This was one of the better services I ve had when taking my SUV in for repairs. The Associates were really nice. The shuttle driver took me home and picked me up when repairs were done. The shuttle driver was Awesome great conversation to and from. Can t comment on the cost because there was no cost this was due to a recall. Thanks for making this day pleasant.
Scheduled an 11:30am service appointment for a check engine light issue on a two week old truck with 400 miles. No communication all day so I called at 5:30pm to check on the status at which time Jacob said they didn t even look at my truck. No apology, no plan, just too busy to honor my appointment or even notify me they planned to keep my vehicle overnight without having provided me a loaner vehicle. He did say they hoped to look at it tomorrow, but they still had vehicles from last week that hadn t been looked at. Quite a business model you have...at least my truck is now one less to fit in the backlog and my money will never ever be spent at your dealership. After this experience, I will be thrilled to drive past your dealership 10 additional miles to your nearest competition.
Great experience for my son. We ve being buying from Chris for years. He always makes us feel at home. First car for our son and couldn t be happier. He got to see how buying a car should be.
Originally I had planned on buying a Ford Explorer at another dealership. When I arrived at the dealership (45 minute drive) they couldn't find Explorer. Then they told me that it was in the body shop for paint issue on one of the doors. Needless to say, I decided not to give this dealership my business. I then went to Pearson Ford to look at a Taurus and a Fusion. The salesperson Melissa Whittle did a great job of showing me the cars as well as their features. I requested to take the Fusion home for a 24-hour test drive, which they allowed. I decided the car was awesome and returned to the dealership the next day for the paperwork. I already had financing arranged so I only spent around an hour at the dealership until I was ready to go. John Pearson in finance was awesome as well. He went over different warranty options, but was not pushy when I declined. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Pearson Ford to family and friends in the future and would return in the future.
Top notch service. I felt like I was buying a $100,000 car. In the past I have been jerked around and it s been literally impossible to get answers from a dealership person. I called in and talked to Ben. He was very transparent and matter of fact. I drove an hour to buy the truck and the entire process only took 45 minutes. I will continue to buy my company trucks from Pearson Ford.
We can not rave enough about Mary Barwick. Her care, knowledge, humor and kindness is unsurpassed. We visited several dealerships and walked away because of the salespersons. She was a breath of fresh air and we knew immediately we were going to buy from her. Thank you, Mary, for being such an awesome salesperson. You rocked our world!!!
This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have lived in Bloomington IN for 25 years and have always dreaded have to look for a vehicle. Thanks to this experience, I have found my favorite dealership!
We love Pearson Ford. Everyone there bends over backwards to help us find the right vehicle, give us a great price, give us great service on our vehicles etc. Ben, General Manager and Mark, sales associate always treat us very well and pay attention to every detail. Great people. Joe Pollard in finance did a great job with all the paperwork as well.
Decided it was time for a new car. My husband does a lot of business with Pearson Ford through his job. We were put in contact with Katrina in sales. My husband told her what I was looking for as far as features and payment. Katrina nailed it. I got exactly what I wanted and the experience from start to finish was phenomenal! I have never been a fan of the "car buying experience", but Katrina (sales) and Paul (financing) were awesome and made the experience much less painful than I anticipated.
A special thanks to Chris for his professionalism. I never felt put down, my questions were always answered with honesty. This purchase was a wonderful experience. The icing on the cake was this week when Chris sent Chad to my home to program the garage door opener in the auto.
I actually called 10 minutes after they had closed and spoke with the manager. He was kind enough to answer my questions and set me up with a test drive the following day. I worked with Phil and he was great. Very smart and honest guy. As a female buyer, I really appreciated his demeanor. The entire process was quick and would have been quicker had I not had so many questions. Michael in the loan department was fantastic as well. Great group of guys.
If you need a windshield don't EVER EVER order from this place...I work in the 2nd largest Auto Glass co. In the nation and a customer wanted a dealer part, so we called and talked to a few different people in the parts department and every time they gave us a different time frame on when it would be at my shop. It went from 4 days to 7 days to 10 days...Red flag right?? Should have been but I went with then anyway. So we paid for this part IN FULL with Tammy on 8/31/15 we called Tuesday (9/8/15 just to check and the guy said looks like a few more day and it will be here I said ok thanks. My customer called today 9/11/15 and asked what's going on and getting pretty upset with me. So I told him I will call them right now. Called and now they are saying it won't be shipped until the 14th yes I said "SHIPPED" until the 14th and then it will take 3 or 4 day after that....REALLY???? So now I've paid for a windshield that I may not need anymore cause my customer will possibly go somewhere else and all you have is oh well that's when it's going to be shipped..great job you guys!!!!! Never ever again...we have two store here in Indy and I will make damn sure we don't do busy here again.. And like I said we are nation wide so this will be sent to our corporate office. Thanks for nothing Pearson Ford you guys are that best. FACEBOOK here I come!
Had to trade in our Edge due to our growing family and Dan made the experience fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dan while at any point in the purchasing process. He was very patient and dedicated to making sure we found the perfect vehicle for us. Will definitely be coming back!
I've worked in the automotive space for around 20 years and just purchased a truck from the Pearson Ford team. I truly loved their flexibility, honesty, and the speed of the transaction. I would refer any friends and family to do business with them. Well done gang, thank you for the new ride.
Craig Bowes has been a friend for a long long time. We go back a few years when I actually worked at Pearson Ford. He treated me with respect and was not pushy or condescending at all. A pleasant experience.
The overall experience at Pearson Ford was fantastic. Mark was a great help and made the process smooth and easy. Will definitely recommend Pearson to others.
Excellent customer service and adherence of social distancing. I was very impressed by everyone on site. Sean was extremely personable but not an aggressive salesman. Zach was excellent in walking me through financing options. I have never seen a comprehensive warranty like this offered, so I was very pleased. I bought the vehicle on my first visit.
The service department is.one of the best. They are always receptive to my needs and provide excellent communication and quality service for my cars when needed. The dealership has excellent working spaces in the lounge for when I need to wait on my car.
I am a little disappointed that when I first learned of the recall for the freezing of the door latch, I called to make an appointment, and was told that until a problem was apparent they would not address the issue. This was late fall of last year long before freezing temperatures had begun. Several months later after an evening of freezing rain, the issue did present itself. However, far from being an annoyance, if was a significant safety issue, for the door would not close properly. In fact, I had no choice but to drive the truck with the rear driver side door swinging open and closed.
When I brought this up with the service writer, I was told that the reason behind this approach was that if a repair was made during warmer temperatures, and was not effective, then Ford would not reimburse the dealership for a second attempt at fixing the issue.
I get both the dealership s position as well as Ford s. However, this puts the interests of the owner, behind both the dealership s and Ford Corporation. This action puts the owner at potential exposure to a serious safety issue with the vehicle.
Katrina did an outstanding job throughout the entire process, overcoming an unfortunate incident, and exhaustively searching for the right car. Her efforts were highly appreciated. She was also the first to contact me from the beginning of my web search.
I first went to another Ford dealership that alienated me because they lied to me. Even though that dealership had the exact car I was looking for, they didn't get my business because I didn't feel respected. I had the complete opposite experience at Pearson Ford with Internet Sales/Business Manager Michael Berg. I first made contact with Michael by email. He guided me through the process of customer ordering the car I wanted (a C-Max Hybrid). He told me it would take 6 weeks to get the car in, and it took 6 weeks exactly. The car was ready to go when he said it would be. He matched the best financing that I could find on the web, and he made the process as painless as it could be. Regarding the price of the car, I should note that I purchased this vehicle through the Ford Employee "A-Plan," so I didn't have to negotiate the price. I will say that I have heard from some other people that in some dealerships A-Plan customers are treated like second class citizens. I certainly did not feel like I was treated as a second-class citizen at Pearson Ford.
I wanted to order a very specific truck. My hometown dealer didn't understand my needs for a truck. I tried another dealer and they didn't want to take the time to build or order me what i needed. I received Ben Weir's name from a business partner of mine. I contacted him and within 30 minutes he sent me an email detailing exactly what i wanted and needed. I order my truck and can't wait for it to come in. I wasn't familiar with Pearson Ford because i live about 110 miles away. I have to say that they are very knowledgeable about trucks and I won't go anywhere else in the future.
Great atmosphere to buy a car! We came in on Saturday with zero intentions of purchasing a new car. We explained that we were over miles on our current lease and we didn't know what to do. Reggie showed us a few Escapes and we fell in love with the technology. His manager was a pleasure to talk to and we really felt like he had our best intentions in mind.
Bill did an excellent job of communicating the status and setting of expectations. I was well informed during the entire service process. Thank you Bill for that communications.
The service itself was done flawlessly! Thanks goes to the service professional that executed this complex service issue. I call only imagine the effort required to remove the front of the vehicle just to get to the engine to do the repair. Again, great job and thank you for your dedication.
After having further service from Pearson, I can't in good conscious recommend them. While better than Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, that isn't saying much. Now that my vehicle is no longer under warranty, but has a recall notice on it for a potentially life-threatening issue, Pearson and Ford have dragged their feet about repairing an issue, leaving me with an unsafe passenger seat and no real recourse other than replacement. I won't be buying a Ford vehicle again. Calls aren't returned, but unlike Bill Estes, appointments are kept. I've been trying to get Pearson Ford to perform the recall work for over 5 months now.
John and Pearson Ford were exceptional to work with. We got to do most of the paperwork at home so the process was seamless and quick when we got to the dealership. I will purchase all new vehicles from Pearson Ford.
I had the pleasure of being helped by the beautiful AnaLise Miller, accompanied by the best help from the gorgeous Amanda Gregor. These two amazing ladies made my entire experience super easy, fast and very pleasant! It was meant to be a tough and difficult process for me but they made it possible for to get my Chevy Equinox! I love love my car so much and I can t thank these ladies enough for making it happen for me. Ladies! Thank you both so much for all the love you ve shown me and all your effort in making sure I walked away satisfied! THANK YOU!
Welcome to Pearson Ford. How may we help you today? In 1972 I bought my first new car from Pearson ford. I waited for it to get in as I had special ordered it. I waited with such anticipation to get my own new car. Bottom lines after a few months it turned into a lemon. Long story for a short lived car, After some discussion I was told the car was a lemon and after some deliberation they decided to replace my car with a new one for $350.00. Had to change color and some of the features but thought this as fair and said lets do that. Thank you. May I ask who I have the pleasure of speaking with? I ordered the new car and waited and waited until one day I received a letter from Pearson ford that they would no longer continue provide service to my present car nor would they sell me a new one. Signed by their top salesman and Mr Pearson. My attorney thought that was unfair so he contacted Flint Mich. and they agreed that it was not fair after a few days. They told him to fix the car to my satisfaction repaint the car and put a new anxle and housing in it. They kept the car for about 10 more One moment while I connect you with a member of our team. Hello, My name is Robin . With whom do I have the pleasure of chatting with today? weeks and called me to come and get the car. The rear end went out before I got home and the paint was peeling again. My dad had to come and tow me home with the tractor. I went home and called the local buick dealorship and explained what had happened. They took the car on trade as a lemon and sold me a new buick regal. Each time I think about that incident i pull out the letter of their decision not to sell or service I change my mind and buying a car there. I thought that some day that might make it right but realized it was just a bad decision to buy there. my name is Phillip Just as I thought nothing to say about this to this day.End of conversation. Pearson Ford was able to deliver on a specific vehicle I was looking for and they did so with the utmost in customer service. Katrina and the whole team were very accommodating to my needs and everything was handled virtually, not due to COVID, but due to being in different states. They were able to match and actually beat a price obtained from another local dealer and even volunteered to drive and deliver the vehicle to my home. I would definitely recommend Pearson Ford to anyone looking to buy a new car, Katrina s customer service is superb! Thank you to the entire team, you have earned a new customer now and in the future.
Very unhappy with my experience, I was not pleased with the level of customer service I received and will never purchase another ford again, especially not from here. I would not trust Bill or Dustin in the service department with my vehicle.
Craig was honest, sincere, polite, and showed excellent judgement. He listened to our requests to determine which vehicle would best meet our needs. Michael was efficient, polite, and gave a succinct but thorough explanation of the financing and purchase options. Craig's excellent work was the biggest reason I have purchased 5 fords at Pearson in the past 9 years.
Reggie helped me purchase a vehicle with a trade in and he truly displayed honesty and much integrity and got me the best deal ever. I highly recommend Reggie and Michael.
Dan did a fantastic job of assisting my husband and I with picking out our new vehicle. He was kind and courteous even with our challenges of having a new baby while shopping. He was very knowledgeable about the products.
Amazing customer service. Sales Gentleman Dan was super friendly. Explained everything perfectly about the new truck ( new to us ) and zach in finance was terrific. Answered all of our questions. Would highly reccomend this establishment and definitely use for future purchases!!!
Thank you Katrina and Nick at Pearson Ford for working with me to get me tricked out for my Halloween ride purchase!! You were definitely a treat to work with!!
Great place to buy a vehicle. We just recently purchased our first new vehicle and the salesman Dan was pleasant to deal with and went well out of his way to help us find the perfect truck. And Zach in the financial department was honest and made sure we understood every part of the finances. Would recommend Pearson Ford to anyone who is looking at buying new or pre-owned!
The Pearson Ford Service Department was able to get my grooming van in, and repaired quickly, thereby minimizing my downtime. They were professional and courteous. They have earned my business to keep my mobile grooming business up and running! Thank you!
