Terrible experience. Called about a vehicle listed on the website to confirm the price. Verified the price, stock number and availability. After scheduling a test drive, we showed up to find that the vehicle we had discussed was being used by the owner as a personal conveyance. The salesperson, Holly, said they had the same vehicle being used as a demo car that we could test drive. We said that we weren't interested in purchasing a demo, but would test drive to see if we liked the model. She said that if we liked it, we could arrange a dealer trade for the same car/same price but with no miles. When we returned from the test drive we told her we would be interested in the dealer trade she had mentioned. At that point, she said the price would go up since they had taken $500 off of their demo due to mileage. Seriously? Total bait and switch.
