Decided it was time for a new car. My husband does a lot of business with Pearson Ford through his job. We were put in contact with Katrina in sales. My husband told her what I was looking for as far as features and payment. Katrina nailed it. I got exactly what I wanted and the experience from start to finish was phenomenal! I have never been a fan of the "car buying experience", but Katrina (sales) and Paul (financing) were awesome and made the experience much less painful than I anticipated.
