I first went to another Ford dealership that alienated me because they lied to me. Even though that dealership had the exact car I was looking for, they didn't get my business because I didn't feel respected. I had the complete opposite experience at Pearson Ford with Internet Sales/Business Manager Michael Berg. I first made contact with Michael by email. He guided me through the process of customer ordering the car I wanted (a C-Max Hybrid). He told me it would take 6 weeks to get the car in, and it took 6 weeks exactly. The car was ready to go when he said it would be. He matched the best financing that I could find on the web, and he made the process as painless as it could be. Regarding the price of the car, I should note that I purchased this vehicle through the Ford Employee "A-Plan," so I didn't have to negotiate the price. I will say that I have heard from some other people that in some dealerships A-Plan customers are treated like second class citizens. I certainly did not feel like I was treated as a second-class citizen at Pearson Ford.
