I had a terrific experience at Passport. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and directed to the right agent who could best assist me. Rodney was outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in working to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed. VJ, too, as the "genius agent" was wonderful and highly professional, patiently answering all of the questions I had about my new vehicle, helping me correctly set things up and explaining in detail how every single little thing worked.
