I accompanied my wife to turn in her vehicle since she was at the end of her lease and needless to say we both walked out with BMW's. Nana Prempeh was very knowledgable of the different models and accommodating that each vehicle could provide us. The transaction was smooth and it did not take long at all. We did not feel pressured nor rushed. Nana walked us through the entire process and by the end of the transaction it felt as if I was having a conversation with a family member and not a Client Advisor.
