Ian Lawyer and his team at Passport BMW in Suitland, MD, continue to deliver on all fronts.
As repeat customers of Passport BMW, having just picked up our sixth out of nine BMWs from them last week, we couldn t be happier with the level of service from start to finish.
We live within five minutes of a different BMW dealership but still choose to go out of our way and drive over 45 minutes to Passport. Why? Because they re consistent, knowledgeable, and know we are loyal clients who are busy running a business and need things to get done correctly and efficiently.
Ian Lawyer and his sales team -Max Manes and Nathan Tibbitts, and Jeff in the financing department assisted us with our new BMW; you can t go wrong with these gentlemen. Our 2021 custom-built X5 M50i is fabulous! Thank you, Passport, for delivering such a fantastic driving machine.
