I purchased a vehicle from Passport BMW this week and had an excellent experience. I was in the process of buying a from another dealership. While waiting to hear back from the other dealer, I saw the car I purchased from Passport BMW and decided to email regarding my interest . Within 20 minutes of my email, the Passport salesperson called me to thank me for my interest and to ask if I had any questions. I let him know where I was in the buying process and asked him to give me his best price on the car I inquired about. The salesperson did an excellent job of getting back to me in a timely manner, answering all of my questions and making an excellent offer. I was really impressed with his interest in selling me the car and working to meet my needs. He was very fast in his communications, listened to what I was looking for and met my needs. He was even able to help me get a better finance deal than what I had. Within 36 hours of my initial contact, the Passport BMW salesperson sold the vehicle to me and personally delivered it to my house. He also sat with me and went over the features in the car. Overall, Passport BMW did an awesome job and I am loving my new car!
