Mr. Ray at BMW Automotive was so awesome in helping me solve the issues I was having with my vehicle, it was a pleasure going to them because in the initial they were saying I had to pay $390 for a part that need to be fixed on my vehicle. to my knowledge this particular part was not in my warranty. However, when it was all said and done I only came out paying $100 just for the labor and they were so kind to pay for the actual part for my car. I'm very grateful and I thank God that Mr. Ray and his manager! They helped me out tremendously God bless you. it was a great experience.
