Not the greatest honda dealership....or the most presentable....but then again...that is Jersey. Parts department had one guy on a super busy Monday...not the smartest and you can imagine my wait time but they do sell the part I wanted 60 dollars cheaper than in NY....So i guess that's why they got 3 stars

It was my first time buying a car. I was helped by David Zuluaga and let me just start with he was AWESOME! He walked me through every step from start to finish and was not at all pushy. He was very understanding and got me into the car I wanted! I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to definitely look for him around the dealership. Great all around experience!!

I had a great experience buying here. The certified pre-owned car I was interested in had just arrived on the lot and was being detailed when I got there. Freddy went to retrieve it, and was honest about the condition of the car's interior (apparently, its previous owners mistook their vehicle for a Texas Roadhouse restaurant, as the floor was littered with empty peanut shells). Freddy and other staff members stayed past the showroom's closing time to work out a deal, and contacted several banks to find a low interest rate for me to make my monthly payment more manageable. When I picked up the car the next business day, the interior was spotless. They also did a wonderful job with buffing out the scratches on the exterior. Freddy also called me twice to follow up about the vehicle's performance. I live nowhere near this dealership, but would definitely work with them again.

if i could give negative stars i would this place was the worst car buying experience of my life it took 6 hours for me to buy my car because i got a new sales rep who had to go back to the sales manager every time i had a counter offer to what he said was would have to go back and talk to the sale manager and it took him 20 mins every time. but whatever at the end i was happy with my price. then i had transfer plates cause i did a trade in and got temp plates and they expired and the dealership did nothing to help i called 6 times and all 6 times someone said i ll look into it and call u back and of course no one called me back i had to call them back every time and no help. i had to call the dmv my self and get my registration my self and pay a processing fee again but the worst part was that sale rep called me twice after i left to ask me about a referral but never mention the plates. i will never step foot in the place again and i ll make sure everyone i know and everyone they will never do business with this trash as dealership

I came to DCH Honda with my family to purchase a new Honda CRV. From start to finish, Hamad Deeb was exceptional. He was very thorough, and made the experience a very pleasant one. He took his time to make sure we new everything about the car, and really made us feel like we came to the right place. It's nice when you get to deal with someone who truly cares for their customers' experience because it makes you feel that much more secure in our purchase. I would recommend DCH Honda to all, and would definitely recommend Hamad as well! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

DO NOT BUY WARRANTY
I have always been against additional warranty the dealers sold. It s great that your financial managers talk you into buying the warranty with broken promises. Anyway, I bought the Honda s tire and wheel warranty with the promise that the service won t take long. I guess what they meant by long is couple days. I made a reservation for 2:15pm and walked out at 4:45 to fix a flat tire. 1 little repair that took over 2 hours. If i took it to mom and pops to repair, would be done in less than 5 mins. Already mad when picking up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. They bring me to one of the service advisor and tells me he is one of the top advisors. Did i ask to speak to an advisor or the manager???? I guess your top advisor can t even read your own invoice because he asks me if I even made a reservation. It states right on the invoice reservation 3x cust made reservation. The reason for taking so long was because Honda is very busy and theres about 15 people ahead of me? Do you guys only have 3 mechanic working? Ohhhh you must need a specialist to fix a flat. Is it ok to make the non paying customers wait extra long since you won t be pocketing more money?

He has got to be the most helpful person in the building there. He always does his best to help me out and get me in and out as quickly yet as efficiently as possible and he always gives me an accurate anticipation on how long I may need to wait.

My review is based on the professionalism of General Sales Manager Waele Yunes and Internet Sales Manager Crystal (?) for their responsiveness with after-sales support. They both actually gave me information on the status of my title, which I needed to register the car in the state where I moved after buying the car. Prior to their involvement, near daily calls to others about the title went unanswered, especially as my temp tags were getting closer to expiring. When Waele said I would be getting my title the next day, he meant it by sending it via UPS overnight mail. Mine was an unusual case, and if I lived in NJ and had them register there, then this issue probably wouldn't come up.

There s a humongous difference between when you visit this place for buying new car versus when you visit for servicing your car. When I visited for servicing my car, even though I had a appointment booked, I had to wait for 40mins until someone came and asked me for what type of service I need. And after that, there s another 2-3hours wait before you get car back. The agent representative assigned to my service case is not courteous. Please skip using this Honda for any services.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic (in September 2012.) I was helped along the way by Hamlet Liriano and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the experience! This is the second time going to DCH Paramus and I have to say that we only decided to go back because of Hamlet. He helped me get the very best possible price and was right there with me along the way ensuring that everything went quickly and smoothly. In addition, I was there alone, without my husband and with my two young daughters and he gave them coloring books, crayons, bought them snacks to keep them entertained and happy. Purchasing a car is not an easy or quick task and having Hamlet as my sales representative made it sooo much more bearable. I will ensure that I go to Hamlet for any future car purchases or leases!!!! THANK YOU HAMLET!

The recommendation to see Adolfo Marte @DCH Paramus Honda was such an amazing blessing. A genuine, honest and beyond helpful man who help make it possible for me to get a car in near perfect conditions for a low affordable price. Before coming to the dealership, I spoke to Adolfo over the phone and explained my limations but instead of dismissing me, he helped me beyond my own expectations. When I had come in personally to discuss the details of getting an affordable car with my mother, he treated us like his own family. Adolfo truly cares about his clients. He showed me the options I have and even as I became worried myself that I could not be able to receive a car because of bad credit he spoke with confidence in his reassurance that he will do all possible. Adolfo even went the extra mile with his customer service but he stresses to all that he will be there beyond the dealership. He made it emphasis after providing information for contact that he cares about me now just as much as he will care about me in the future. Adolfo had given me, a college student the opportunity to trust in his services and I recommend anyone who is looking for a car to do directly to Adolfo Marte. He not only helped me but I believe he can help anyone too!!!

Never have I EVER in the 23 years I have as a driver have I ever had a more AMAZING and Pleasant experience buying a car. Adolfo Marte from DCH Paramus Honda was so gracious, patient, knowledgable and best of all gave me the full V.I.P. treatment. We went in for one vehicle and came out with.....TWO CARS!!!
I can not thank him enough for all of his attention and making sure that I left happy with the best deal for me and my household. He even bought us dinner! I recommend DCH Paramus Honda to everyone. Make sure you ask for Adolfo.

I walked into Honda of Paramus on a recommendation from a friend of mine who spoke only amazing things about one of the salesman called Adolfo Marte. I had a previous, aggregious, miserable experience at Dodge Jeep Ram of Paramus a couple years ago when they gouged me, an eager first time buyer, conning me into paying almost twice the car s value. These two experiences could not have been more black and white. Adolfo was extremely knowledgeable in his craft and quickly helped me identify a car, payment plan, and other things I did not even think about. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my payment and carchoice. I could not be thankful enough to be rid of the money pit I had bought from the other dealership. I can wholeheartedly, 100% recommend Adolfo Marte from DCH Honda, Paramus and am completely satisfied with my experience and brand new car!

I went to this dealer to purchase Honda CRV vehicle, they offered me a price and didn't honor it after few days (it's December last week and best time to purchase a car due to year end). They think their dealership is a stock market and car prices fluctuates every minute.
Very unprofessional, don't treat with any respect and when you send an email they don't respond to your email instead they send annoying emails by asking how I can help you which is not a help and time waste for me.
Be aware of this nature for all who are in the market to buy a car.
I wouldn't recommend at all.
Actually I shouldn't even give one star.

There isn't another dealer I could recommend this highly.
They strive to be the top in everything they do. Sales, Customer service. all excellent.
If you are planning on buying a car or need service visit this dealer.
My only wish is that they would go back to offering loaner cars if they need to keep your car for service longer than expected.

I retract that last review and felt it was only fair to write a good one. after a rocky start me and the service manager Michael were able to come together and get down to business. He was able to get the issues i was having with the dealership under control and come up with a solution. my car had a lot of work done to it and so far so good. wanted to say thanks for the service and all the help you were able to provide. i will be back for further work.

I kick myself for leaving Toyota (Prestige Toyota ...

I kick myself for leaving Toyota (Prestige Toyota in Mahwah, NJ)! This is the 2nd time an issue has occurred with my new Honda. I am self diagnosing the issue to be a computer glitch of some sort. Both times I called for servicing and both times I was told- Service for diagnostics or computer issues is not available on Saturdays . Also I was told both times- The car would need to be left for at least 24 hours .
An option this dealership provides is a shuttle service, where the shuttle picks you up and drops you off. I am not aware of there is a Honda Shuttle bus stop or if the service is door-to-door. The shuttle stops drop off service at 4:30pm. When I called to drop off my car, I was told the shuttle would not be able to take me home since drop-off service ends at 4:30pm. This dealership claims to have the largest selection of vehicles- I didn t find that true when I was talking with the sales associates when it came down to finding a vehicle that I wanted. Had to wait almost a month for my vehicle to come in and even then it was damaged and I had to settle for another trim which caused my monthly lease payment to increase. Another issue with the self proclaimed largest dealership in the area- they do not offer loaner vehicles!! Smaller dealerships can but this one does not, hence they offer the time constrained shuttle service.
This dealership does not have walk-in servicing or anything for new customers who may have an issue with their vehicle, like myself, and just need someone to make sure the car is running without any issues. All I kept hearing is- I m sorry we can t do this, and we can t do that! This dealership told me that since Honda s are popular, I can go to get my car serviced at any non-Honda servicing center. If that is true- why is this dealership/service so busy that they couldn t take an hour to diagnose my vehicles issues? They can t be that busy from 7am to 9pm Monday - Friday and a majority of their customers are going to non-Honda servicing centers.
In comparison to quality service: I noticed that I had a nail sticking out on the side of my tire. I called the Toyota dealership and explained the situation that perhaps there is a nail in my tire. On the same day, they said come in, we ll look at the issue as soon as we can . I went to the dealership, although they were extremely busy, someone was designated for Express Servicing . The problem was resolved within the hour AND the nail didn t even puncture the tire, it was wedged within the tread. The team was so helpful and never said Sorry we can t... Never heard that phrase until I came to DCH Honda in Paramus, NJ. I wonder if I can go to another dealership and trade this car in it currently has less than 1,500 miles! Any Honda dealers interested in a trade?

When I walked in the door with my daughter we were excited to buy her a new Civic. I was met by Harold our salesman who was cold, surly and far from welcoming. There was no, "can I get you a coffee or water," just "which car do you want?" Basic communication was awkward, difficult and unfriendly. He'd frequently walk away for 15 minutes without explaining what's happening or what we should expect. 6 HOURS of this until we finally completed the purchase!

Overall, this experience should have been fun. Instead my wife, my daughter and I all left emotionally drained and stressed from marathon of rudeness and confusion.

Maybe this was an exception but it was pretty bad.

Just purchased our 5th Honda from DCH Paramus Honda (9th if you include extended family) and they are always awesome. Alex was an excellent salesman and helped me find the perfect car at a great price. One of the many reasons we continue to love this dealership is the excellent service department. In the very rare event that something breaks in one of our cars, it is always fixed right away and they never try to up-sell you repairs you don't need. As long as DCH continues to employ excellent staff like Alex and Carlos in the service department, we will be dealing exclusively with Paramus Honda for all of our automotive needs.

Gets a bit busy. Took over an 1 hour and half for oil change with an appointment. The place is very easy to navigate and clean. The service agents are courteous and polite. Waiting area is sapcious providing amenities such as free wifi, quiet room, separate kid's area, free coffee, hot chocolate and water.

Needed to purchase a new car for my 18 year old daughter which I thought would be painful, but Hamad Deeb made it painless! He took his time and explained EVERY detail of the car to her step by step. He reassured her that if she had any questions she could contact him at anytime. Mom and Dad were very happy and we all know my daughter was ecstatic! Let me add we purchased my car from Hamad 2 years ago and he had to walk mom through it all as well ; ) He definitely has the patience!

Hands down the best treatment I have ever received at a dealership. The employees are outstanding especially Wael Yunes, Abel Fermin, and Franklin. The sales manager Wael Yunes made my time there worth the wait. Now to Abel Y. and Franklin, Abel helped me manage to find the best car which suited me and my family. Franklin showed me the ropes to my new car which has many features that I by myself would have never found. To sum it all up they were very nice and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my time with them.

I have worked with Juan Carlos Reynoso and my experience could not have been better. He took the time to truly understand my needs and presented me with the options that he believed would bee most suitable based on my criteria. Not only did I end up with the perfect car that we needed, but he also made sure that his dealer provided us with the very best price. I had visited other Honda dearler's and I felt pressured. I felt like all they wanted to do was get me into a car that suited them and get me out. Juan Carlos does not use any of these high pressure, sleazy techniques. He also does not try to upsell or overcharge you. His pricing was the best compared to other dealers so I know he really went to bat for us. He is a true professional, a consultant, and a friend. I had been saving for a new car for awhile, and I knew I wanted to get a Honda. While this would have been my second car, it wad the first time I was personally buying one so I really didn't know what to expect or what the process was. I decided to go to DCH since my family services their cars with them. I was not dissappointed. Diego Cozar walked me through the whole process and gave me time to think about my choices and pricing. I was able to get a fantastic rate, and he had amazing patience with my family and me. I did a test drive and mingled with some of the features of the car. I wasn't able to have someone drop me off to pick up the car, but he even offered to pick me up the next morning so I didnt need to hire an uber. Shadi Saadeh explained all the financial aspects and warranty packaging and gathered all my documentations for me. Weatherly Del Rosario explained all of the features in my car and took the time to manage the settings to my preference. I'm a tactile person, so I'm glad she had me go through the features rather than show me for better muscle memory. Overall, I'm pleased with my car, and my family and I were thoroughly impressed with the experience. So much so that my parents are now contemplating buying a new car from DCH as well through Diego.

Mr. David Kim is an outstanding member of this dealership. My family and I have eased 3 cars within the past few years, and we went through Mr. Kim all those times. He is extremely patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Couldn't find a better salesman than him!

With my most recent lease, there were a few issues, including some unexpected fees with the return of my last leased car, as well as delays in processing the title and transferring it to another state far away, but Mr. Kim was dedicated to helping me with these difficult and stressful matters each and every step along the way, despite having already closed on the deal, demonstrating his commitment to the customer, which was refreshing and very much appreciated.

I want to take this opportunity and share my great experience at Honda DCH in Paramus NJ. My wife and I were looking to replace our 2011 Honda Accord and were not 100% sure what and where to go. One of our friends recommended Honda DCH in Paramus and said make sure you deal with Mr. Anwar Mansour.
When we got to the dealer, Mr. Mansour made us feel at home and never did we feel he was pressuring us to buy. What he did is give us a great tangible and visual experience and we fell in love with the new 2014 Honda Accord body style, technology, benefits, features and most importantly value. Not only would we go back to Honda, but we will only go back to Honda DCH in Paramus and look for Mr. Anwar Mansour.

Bought a car in feb from ramone. he was new there. I went there for the DCH name. Its been bought out by some massive owner. Hopefully they will keep the same management style of no pressure. I hate dealing with pushy sales. The least obnoxious dealership gets my money. The price was somewhat close to what was listed on consumer reports.

My previous car was from DCH of Old Bridge, NJ. Both are Honda Chipmunkmobiles.

Ramone (sp.?) gets a pat on the back. thanks. He's got the same name as my son. My kids couldn't stop laughing. He's very likeable.

There's also a guy named Adolfo Marte working there. Nice name. I like it.

So now companies decided to stop this scam of paying people to write fake reviews. Now they just tell satisfied people to write reviews. One of the functions of this is to drown out negative reviews. But that's easy to solve. Just click on the one star reviews.

I am beyond pleased with the service DCH Honda in Paramus has given to not only myself but my entire family. I have had 4 Hondas so far (that's JUST me, not my entire family) but the last 2 times I have been there I was assisted by Jenssy Diaz and Bill Sutera. In February, I was looking for a particular car and it was very clear that Jenssy and Bill did everything they could to make me feel like I was their only customer (which is not the case if you see how busy they are!). They found the exact car I was looking for and I was so excited. Unfortunately, a car accident in June left my brand new car totaled which was devastating. My father and I called DCH Honda and with the help of both Bill and Jenssy (for the second time) they found the exact same car I had and within one day and I was driving off the lot again in the car I love. I know for a fact that if all the employees at DCH Honda are even remotely as dedicated and kind as Jenssy and Bill, I will be a customer there for life. Thank you DCH Honda!!!

I called ahead about 3 used cars DCH posted for sale on Autotrader. Gave William 3 stock#s, and he called back indicating two of them are ready for viewing and sale, and I should look for Sean.
When I got there, Sean had not even received the vehicle info. After about 10 minutes of waiting, showing him which ones I was interested in online and such, he informed us that none of the cars listed for sale were available for viewing - they had just been traded in. They were not even on site, but at a remote lot. William directly lied to us, typical devious sales tactics, trying to lure customers in to sell whatever they had. Really, DCH??? Why were the cars listed for sale when they were not even ready for viewing? Couldn't be honest and tell me when they are ready??
Since there were no cars available to see, comparable to what we were looking for, Sean offered to drive us to the remote lot to see the cars i had specified in their current state. The car he drove us in wreaked of smoke and filthy hot. Of course, the cars were a mess inside and out, but we were able to see them at least. Thanks to Sean for dealing with our frustration and for making the best out of a bad situation.
Not sure if I'd ever go back to this dealership after this type of dishonest tactics and inferior customer accommodation. Shame on you, William. This is what gives sales a bad reputation. Can't believe this happened at DCH. Very disappointed.

Will called me back, after supposedly checking to make sure they are in fact available. I did not just show up 2 hours later - I made an appointment and got there on time (not early). Regardless of the time it took me to get there, the cars seemed just received and would not have been ready for sale until properly reconditioned and inspected (RIGHT?).

We visited DCH Paramus this past monday night at 8...

We visited DCH Paramus this past monday night at 8pm and were greeted by Roberto Severino.
He patiently showed my wife and I the HRV and CRV which we were looking to choose from and he even took us for a test drive with both even though they closed at 9pm. Roberto took time explaining all the features with a no pressure approach and stayed with us until 9:45pm. We left without buying the car as we were still not sure which one to go with but Roberto made this a great experience as well as providing a good price and we will return to DCH Paramus to finalize the purchase with Roberto's help as well as recommend others to your dealership. Roberto is a great asset to DCH.

They don't try dealership sneaky tactics to trick you out of your money. They also don't rush the deal. They let you move around your own comfortable pace. Plus they don't make you wait forever in order to fatigue you. I am a car buying consultant so I know most of the tricks dealerships do. First time in a long time I didn't see any pulled.

Ms. Paulino was extremely courteous, and she addressed all my concerns in detail and on point.
