I recently came to DCH Honda Paramus as a returning customer to do a trade in with my 2018 Honda Accord to a 2019 Honda Accord and everything was a seamless process. Ray Crespo was my sales rep and he was very on point with everything. Most people dread going to the dealership because of the long wait time and hassle but that wasnt the case with him, everything was laid out for me before I arrived.
