I went to DCH Paramus Honda during the Memorial Weekend. I had been there a week before just looking. Manny was the one who assisted me. I was looking to get an Insight, so he showed me around. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I came back a week later, and asked for Manny. But this time, I chose to go for the 2013 Civic. Manny was very helpful. He talked to me about the features. He knows a lot about Hondas I could tell. He took me for a test drive and decided that I would drive out of the dealership with a new car - which I did.
I would absolutely recommend Manny to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy a car. He's very kind, knowledgeable and patient. My experience was very smooth and stress-free. He has been following up every week to make sure that I'm satisfied with the purchase, and enjoying my new car - which I am!

Very happy with the car and the experience. I got what I wanted at a great price. Financing was a breeze. Buying a car can be a bit stressful but they run a great operation at every level of service I dealt with so it was a smooth transaction. Quite painless. I would recommend DCH Honda to any of my family and friends looking for a new car. I cannot say that about any other car dealership that I dealt with in the past.

I had recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic from a salesman Daniel Becerra who is by far deserving of 5 stars as well as everyone else who helped at Paramus.

I was looking for a new car after having a Honda Accord for almost 8 years. I stopped into Honda and was initially looking at the HRV. Great car with many features but unfortunately it just did not feel right. Daniel, without pressuring me, offered to show me other cars that he believed would be of interest based on my likes. That is when I was shown the Honda civic 2016 and immediately fell in love and truly found the right car.

I was searching for help with my '18 Accord's TPMS, which showed an error light in my dash. DCH Paramus Honda had a link that exactly helped me reset it. I could have spent more time searching though my big blue manual--but this was easier. THANK YOU DCH Paramus Honda for making it so easy to locate rarely needed info.

Extremely Rude people working here using derogatory language. They don t listen to what you want done. They seem to be in a rush all the time. Never going back here. And the prices are astronomically high.
Peter was the rep helping me and he never called me back after I dropped off my car on a Friday afternoon. I had to call on Saturday morning and I asked him SPECIFICALLY not to do anything to my car as I didn t want it serviced with such unprofessional people.
But he still did; and when I asked to speak with a manager he got upset and asked me to Get Out. You cannot tell your customer to get out rudely; if he politely asked me to leave I would have. I left after that encounter and never going back.
I hope people don t support such arrogance and monopoly.

When I started looking for my first new car, I was skeptical that it was going to be a Honda. However, after dealing with Jenssy and Mike at DCH I am now the proud owner of a Honda Fit. Not only were both Jenssy and Mike awesome when it came to answering all of my questions, they were both just super friendly guys who made buying my first car much less traumatizing then I thought it was going to be. Even after I bought the car, I had a problem that they responded to and fixed quickly without dragging their feet. which definitely makes you feel like they care about you even after you have driven off the lot. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new car to check out DCH and talk to the people there.

I have yrs of experience with DCH Paramus Honda. I am very anxious whenever I have to lease or purchase a car. I have experienced this dealership to be customer centered during and after the lease/buying process. Service department staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Lennino and Mr. England. Too, they always transport me and pick me up during repairs including transportation to the malls. The service staff is trustworthy. Whatever you leave in your car is there when its returned to you, including money you forget to remove. The receptionist, Georgia , is top shelf too. Mr. Martin was patient during my multiple deal offerings. Mr. Martin offered to have Mgr. Review best pricing offering possible given my multiple proposals and print them out for my careful review.
I have complete confidence and trust in Mr. Jose Hernandez, who is customer centered and outstanding. He's very patient, great at helpoing you to assess your driving lifestyle and needs and matching the same to particular models within your price point. As I am always fearful of being overcharged, I feel relieved when Mr. Hernandez is involved He is willing to give you details re financing options on several models and in writing all without pressure and encourages you to review all information unhurriedly at home before deciding.

Mr. Harold Martin is FABULOUS, he is a very knowlegeable, caring and trustworthy, patient and HELPFUL salesperson. He provides non pressured service and a wide experience based knowedge background to facilitate my decision making process and whom Ivery highly recommend. Great deals and great staff like Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Martin.
The facility is customer centered, clean festrooms,comfortable cushiony seating, quiet Wi Fi foom, childrens playroom , free newspapers, bsgels, varieties in fresh coffee hot chocolate and teas.

This is the best honda dealer there is, I bought my first car from here and the service was great. John really took his time to show me all the honda accord models in inventory and compare the pros and cons. I made sure I took John Medrano's business card, and that everyone else in my family goes straight to him. once it was time for a second car my wife and I made sure we went to the same dealer and same person. I recommend this place to other honda lover out there.

I worked with the salesmen Freddy Francisco. He was amazing and most importantly quick and efficient. I walked into a busy showroom on Friday, 11/8/19 around 7:30PM and drove off in my brand new car by 9:10PM. He was very versatile speaking two fluent languages (Spanish and English). Freddy is well mannered and very thoughtful. If you plan purchasing a vehicle he is the perfect sales executive to assist you.!!!

Worst auto buying experience of my life by a long shot.

I did all of my research to buy through the Costco buying program. I walked in with the details exactly the car I wanted. I confirmed via phone that they had plenty of options in all colors, interior colors, etc. and told them know when I would be there. I arrived at 5:40 when I had told them I would be there by 5:45. I didn't drive away until 8:43.

It was an absolute fiasco. It literally took a full 3 hours to buy a car. 3 hours. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Under no circumstances would I recommend buying from this particular dealership. I was looking around wondering if somebody was going to pop out with a video camera saying it was all for TV or something. To make it even worse the jerk sales "manager" never even returned my Costco card. I forgot to ask again because ... well, 3 hours.

The information you have been given is less than accurate. I was given 1 free oil change, not several. I was left sitting along with no information at all for long periods of time and I still do not have the Costco card I gave your manager despite me asking for it SEVERAL times. I called before I came and said that I would be there at 5:45. I was there at 5:44 which I can prove with a screen shot from Google maps. Frankly you trying to argue that 3 hours is essentially no big deal when waiting for a car that was 100% specified is ridiculous. Let's also talk about the email I have in my possession where I was essentially asked to lie and give you a perfect score on the Honda buyer satisfaction survey. Jerry, BTW did fine. His manager Chong was the one who abandoned me and the one who took my Costco card and still has it.

Visit to Honda was amazing. Clean building, friendly staff. You can get complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea.

This is my second car within a year getting from Jenssy Diaz, he is truly the best. I got my second accord sport from him. Anybody that needs a car, i will tell them to go to him. Professional and gets straight to the point.

I want to take the time out to thank Lenny the sales team leader for listening to my concerns and putting me in touch with Wael Yunez. Wael Yunez listen to my concerns about a few issues I had with a used pilot and why I was so passionate about the safety of kids who would be traveling in my new pilot mostly everyday. Once the phone conversation was over I headed over to the dealership where I met with Wael face to face and we walked over to the car to inspect my concerns. After the inspection Wael agreed to change all 4 tires, headlight bulbs, windshield wipers and a windshield moulding with out any issues. It was truly a pleasure working with Wael. Thank you again for all your help. Besides the small repairs my experience was GREAT ! I went to honda to buy a truck Friday night around 7:30 and and the crew was there till almost 11pm to finish up the sale. Not once was I rushed. Had a good experience at the dealership. We had done our research and went there because we knew they had the car we wanted to test drive. When we called to make sure they still had it in stock, it was confirmed and my husband said we were coming up. The woman who answered the phone had someone bring the car up and ready it for our test drive, so it was waiting for us when we arrived. We were greeted by Eliezer when we entered, and there was no BS. We test drove the car and Eliezer went over the features for us. When we got back from the test drive, we went over the numbers and decided on purchasing over leasing - no pressure from the salesman at all. A few days later, my husband went back and sold them a car and was happy with the experience as well! Photos of my new baby.

Had a great experience here. Juan Tamayo was beyond helpful and made the process painless. Went in with a number I got from another dealer and he worked with me to get me a lower price and make the sale. There was no BS he was upfront and honest. If your in the marke for a Honda see him.

when some one need car service in DCH paramus ask for joe england he's the best.

We purchased a Honda CRV today. We almost walked out because the original sales guy, Jesus, was cocky and condescending. I asked him about various CRV models, which is a fairly basic question. He then repeated that his dealership is the "largest on the East Coast" three times without answering the original question. When I asked for clarification, he accused me twice of being a "confused customer" and we were about to storm out of that place. They then brought a guy named Omar, who purported to be the "manager." We wasn't particularly knowledgeable or hostile.

They finally set us up with Eli, another sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Eli was the one that closed the deal for us, as he was very helpful. However, we were very close to take our business elsewhere.

Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the finance people messed up calculating the sales tax and overcharged us by $54. They said it was a "mistake" but I'm not convinced. They said they'll send us a refund check, again which is inexcusable for a large dealership. We also waited over an hour for the car to be ready and finalized. I noticed that there are many employees just standing around not doing anything.

Overall, Eli did a great job, but the other employees were either hostile, unhelpful, or incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you get Eli to assist you.

I have bought several cars from different dealerships during the past 25 years and this has been by far my best experience. Easy and smooth process, with no tricks or gimmicks. Ms.Shantel Caraballo, from the online sales department, was very fast responding and quoting the best price I found among 6 different dealers in NY and NJ. The salesman, Jerry Vargas, was amazing all the way through. If you go there to buy a car, ask for him!!! Kevin, the finance guy, was also excellent and very professional. Last but not least, Osvandy explained to us patiently and carefully the functions of every single control and feature. Thanks a lot!!!

I recently purchased a car from this DCH Paramus Honda dealership.
I had a wonderful and welcoming experience. I met so many of the staff membersan dealers. Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. My particular salesman, John Delgado
was more than accomodating with my car purchase. I kept changing my mind on different Civics, hybrids, Accords, 2-door, 4-door, I didn't know what car I wanted. John let me look at many different cars over the course of a month!! I am terribly indecisive, and he was still easygoing and calm. Mr. Delgado worked with me and my budget, and my falling credit score!! I will be going back to Paramus Honda for car service now, and I've already referred my friend to him! John has a great sense of humor too!

Abel is the worst. What they need to realize is these hondas sell themselves. But they still feel the need to pressure you into a deposit like they have a car shortage. Went to garden state in clifton and bought a car a few days later. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Abel

DCH Honda has definitely exceeded my expectations! What started out as a horrible day, quickly managed to turn into a blessing in disguise. Despite my very impatient manor and short temper from a horrific morning, the staff of DCH Honda managed to meet my every car need. Initially, I found myself in the Honda service department on a Tuesday morning with a broken key. The broken key sparked the car alarm to go off, waking the neighbors as I struggled to turn it off, with the embarrassment of looking like I stole my own car! Not only was I running late for work, missing a very important meeting, but the thought of waiting amongst many people for my car to be serviced, was what I dreaded most.

I arrived to DCH Honda, aggravated, but managed to keep a level head in explaining the issue at hand. This is where I was greeted by the very friendly staff who explained the entire process from start to finish and why each step in the process was essential. I was told the amount it would cost and told to sit in a waiting room of about 35 other people in need of service. The service was quick and the wait time was minimal!

My day quickly changed once I was greeted by the Service Manager, Christopher Park. He explained, very detailed, the other areas my car needed work and took the time to address my many inquires I had regarding the processes. Chris is very courteous and efficient. I had other issues with my car including the driver side visor and TPMS. Chris and the DCH staff looked into both and found faulty issues, and they were able to be covered. I also won a free oil change off the scratch and win (which I needed). My day got better the moment I stepped into the DCH service department because that one key issue solved several others I had with my car.

Chris and the entire staff were very patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. The entire process of service required another visit to Honda. Both visits were very quick and the service was done correctly. I have no complaints. Chris let me know when the parts arrived and helped set my appointment. My overall experience with DCH Honda was very different from my experiences with other Honda service departments I ve gone to in the past. Those bad experiences from the past, almost stopped me from taking my car to Honda for service all together. However, the experience I had at DCH Honda was an one that will keep me a loyal customer for a very long time.

Let me say that three weeks ago were highly upset with Honda due to the lack of interest once a deal was made due to assumptions. This weekend Lenny helped us out and went beyond his way to assist us. He communicated with us possibilities that he thought he can maybe do . And he went through with them. He had Lisa help us, who let me say is the most friendliest ever and never didn't know an answer. If she wasn't sure she went to go find a response. Besides that her attention with our daughter was great and made us feel great. We definitely Feel like we got the necessary attention and a great deal which by all means I can say we are beyond happy and our daughter is as well.

I leased my car from DCH Honda and there were issues with the car and the registration, and just about everything that could go wrong, went wrong.

That being said, when it comes to customer service, they were incredible. Everyone from sales to service to management was polite, responsive, and looking for ways to make things right.

It wasn't the smoothest experience beginning to end, but I would go back and buy from them again.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey at Paramus Honda. Henry, Hamad and John made the entire process very simple and pleasurable. Henry and John worked on the details of the sale and Hamad gave us an overview of the car during our test drive and again when we picked up our new minivan.
Hamad was extremely knowledgable about the model and very patiently reviewed all elements of the electronics, no easy feat since my former minivan was 12 years old and had none of these features. His thoroughness made the test drive less stressful and informative as he demonstrated many of the vehicles driving features as we drove along.

I was very sceptical of whom I would meet, to help me with my first major deal. A family member had referred me to this dealership and to a particular individual Dennis Estrada, who was very excellent in his quality of service. When I had arrived, I immediately asked for Mr. Dennis Estrada and I was greeted with a warm welcome by him. He was very, humble, patient and understanding as he made sure to highlight all the possible options that could best fit my budget. Next, after the deal was done he still made sure to show me different insurance options that can work alongside my expenses. Overall, he made my major purchase the most superb one ever, for which I will always remember my first (Honda Accord 2011 EXL).

I had the chance to have my Ridgeline serviced at this facility. It is my second Ridgeline and I love the versatility of these little trucks. My sales associate Christine Holz was very helpful and even mentioned replacing my wipers which was something I needed and forgot about. The service was excellent and this is a place I will be returning to in the future.

As a previous customer of yours and I was very disappointed in sales service. Went there 2 times in the past 2 weeks, to purchase a car for my son. First time my son and I where walking around the lot looking at Accords for a good 20 minutes. No one came out and acknowledge us. Went back again today around 1:30. Looked around the lot for the Accord Coupe. Decide we would go inside to the showroom. Walked right passed the reception no one said Hello. Strolled around the showroom for about another 10 minutes "Again NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGE US". Walked out without help. Drove to Mahwah Honda. Not many cars on the lot but was acknowledged immediately by the receptionist and a Sales man came over. Guess What DCH Honda... We bought a car today!!! Paid Cash in FULL. I'm guessing because you are larger dealer you sales associates feel customers are a DIME A DOZEN. I won't recommend you in the future.
