AMAZING experience from beginning to end. I started off looking online for a used vehicle because my credit isn't all that great. Lisa was an amazing help, she kept up with me and assured that they will be able to help me as long as I would make the time to go in. I kept telling her I didn't want to waste anyone's time, I had already been to 2 other dealerships and it just didn't go so well. She reassured me that there will be someone there to help me. I finally decided to go and was helped by Wael Yunes, Finance Manager. He was utterly amazing, he took the time to explain every single thing possible when taking a loan and the difference between financing a vehicle as well as leasing. He explained what I should expect and even how I could build up my credit. He also asked me what I was looking to spend a month on a vehicle, I told him my amount and he made it happen. He called me telling me he got a loan for me and I would be able to lease a 2015 car (while I was looking into a 2010 vehicle). He then referred me to Joseph England, Sales Consultant, who like everyone else was just amazing. He took the time to show me the vehicle before even signing the paperwork, drive it, feel comfortable and asked me if this is a car I could see myself in. Joseph has kept up with me in concern to my purchase, he has answered any question and concern I have ever had. When I was given the vehicle, Joseph took the time explain every single detail of the car. He followed up with me about 3 days later to see how everything was going and has still mentioned to me if I have any questions to not hesitate and give him a call.

This team definitely puts customers first, it's all about customer service and satisfaction.
