I am very excited to say that I recently purchased my first car (a 2015 Honda Civic) at DCH Paramus Honda. Many times when you purchase a car you feel like all they see you as is another commission. Any time I go to a car dealership I feel like I need a shower afterwards! That was not the case at DCH. My mom and I were helped by Emily Martinez and Lenny Ramos. From the moment we met them both we were made to feel completely comfortable. It felt like we were buying a car from family! The purchase of a first car is such a big decision, and throughout the whole transaction Emily and Lenny were so sweet and understanding.
I had been torn between two different Civics at two different Honda dealerships. I spent one half of the day at one dealership and the other half at DCH. I was exhausted and couldn't think straight. I explained to Emily and Lenny that I felt I needed to go home and sleep on it. They were so understanding and they both encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. I left feeling no pressure at all! When my mom and I went home that evening, all we could think about was how much we loved Emily and Lenny. The next morning I was confident that I wanted to buy my first car from them. I called Emily and told her what my decision was. She was so happy for me, I knew I made the right choice :-)
