We picked up our new SUV and we received amazing help and guidance from Steven Chan and Osvandy. Steven was able to help our family pick out the perfect new car while being very personable and transparent. He took his time and was very patient with us. He listened and answered any questions we had. He was right by us and checked in with us every step of the way. Osvandy showed up to show us the characteristics and how to use the new car. He was very informative and answered any "stupid" questions we may have had. He definitely knew the car very well, inside and out without any hesitation. He was also very patient and went over each aspect of the car in detail. It is very evident that both gentlemen exemplify customer service to the highest degree. They take their time with their customers and make sure we do not go home unsure of anything about our purchase. We have been repeating customers of DCH Paramus Honda for many years and it is apparent to say we will continue to come back to this dealership because of these hardworking and professional men.
