UPDATE: DCH Paramus team took my review and satisfaction seriously. Everyone on their team pulled together to make sure to take care of my problem as soon as possible. All repairs were made and sales manager offered free oil change for my trouble of multiple visits and inconvenience. Mistakes happen and the swiftness with which they were corrected makes me want to come back to this dealership and service center.
