I had a very nice experience at this dealership. My sales associate was Alberto who was super nice and really knowledgeable about the cars. I bought a certified pre-owned Civic.

The only thing I was taken aback by was that we discussed including Touch-up paint a couple times throughout the day, and then at the end of the day I was taken to the cashier to pay for it. This should DEFINITELY have been included as a good-faith gesture with my purchase.
