We took our RV to Optimum to have them sell it. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the price we needed. When we drove two hours to Ocala to pick up the RV, we found that there was a big scratch down the back. We expected to have to do battle, but were very pleasantly surprised to find that, not only did they step up to do the repair, but also arranged to drive the RV back to us, so we didn't have to do the 4 hour round trip again.

I wish that had been the end of it, but found that the house batteries had been run dry. While that was definitely a big mistake, again they made it right by replacing the batteries.

You may ask why I gave Optimum a 4 star rating after these hassles. The answer is simple. I'm a small business owner myself and know well the value of customer satisfaction. It's too bad that so many businesses have lost the concept of "the customer is always right". Mistakes happen. What really matters is how the mistakes are corrected and compensated for.

Optimum does it right!
