Just upgraded from a fifth wheel to a Class C with Optimum RV. I worked with Mike in sales. No high pressure or arm twisting at all. Jim in finance worked me a great deal and was very good to work with. When I went to pick up my new motorhome, Rich did my walk through. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
