So i bought a car from them and everyone is super helpful if you are a first time buyer or a seasoned buyer this is the place to go. I worked with Damitia and Gabriel both were very knowledgable about the cars they were selling and the Carfax they gave directly to me. They both had superior customer service skills. Even the finance department and sales department are excellent. The sales part got me the deal i wanted to pay and the finance department made sure that I was taken care of and got financed through an accredited bank. Everyone was excellent i recommend to always buy a car from them and them only. Other places try to get over on you but they make sure that you the customer who is paying 10,15,20k dollars get the deal that you can afford, not the deal that they want you to pay. If they cant get the deal down then they will find you a car in your price range. Thank You guys and yes I am only buying cars from them. ( The only reason i did not rate them five stars is because they need to have complimentary cookies ;). Other than that they offered beverages at every chance.

I am from the Texas panhandle, but I found a deal too good to pass up here. We did as much as we could online and through phonecalls. Once I arrived, I was in and out within less than an hour (including a test drive). Overall it was a great experience! Shout out to Norm (sales) and Jesse (Finance). Great Experience!

Rockwall was argumentative, abusive and belittling especially since I am a women. I asked for my keys back and made an appointment with North Central Ford. My experience here was night and day different. Jim was compassionate, understood the recall and the high probability that this was my issue (and it was!!!). He explained exactly what would happen and whether it would cost me anything (it didn't as it was confirmed the issue was under the recall notice). North Central Ford was a class act from beginning to end. In the spring of 2021 I will be buying a new car. I will be coming back to this dealership for that car. I ve also had a good experience with the service department at North Central Ford. Russ in service has helped with the service of our company vehicles , keeps me updated on progress and gave me a good initial impression of this dealership.

Disclaimer: This review is specifically targeted at the service department, not sales. Last May, I purchased a brand new $60,000 truck and had ZERO issues with anything. Fast forward two months later, I decided I wanted to supercharge my truck so I asked the Assistant Service Manager, Priscilla, for a referral. Moonshadow Plano was the place she sent me to and to make a long story short, I had my life threatened and $8,500 stolen from me by the owner, an 80+ count felon that has been sued countless times by local businesses, customers like me, and even the Plano Independent School District; a guy who told me he's been with the Aryan Brotherhood for 20 years and would get them involved for trying to get my money back from him. When I asked for help from Priscilla she tells me that she was dating the owner of Moonshadow for years but they just broke up so she can't help me out. Feeling like I've certainly ended up in a scam, I took my complaint up the chain at the dealership but was told that they aren't responsible for anything. Instead of raising hell (and my blood pressure), I decided to let it simmer over the last six months to see if anything would work itself out. To date, I'm still out $8,500, I don't have a supercharger in my truck, and North Central Ford hasn't done a damn thing about the problem that came about by their employee's referral. I've thought about getting the local news involved and/or lawyering up, but figured we could give this a shot first. Your move, North Central Ford.

Been going to this location for 4 years, but was quite disappointed by my last visit.. First of all I dropped my car at 9am in the morning, and I only got a call around 4pm to let me know that my car was diagnosed with a faulty brake light switch. I know dearlerships can be busy, but I am pretty sure they didn't even look at it for almost the entire day... Then 30min before closure, the technician working on the vehicle calls me to let me know that they replaced the part but problem is not fixed, so I shouldn't bother going to the dealership to get it back, and I had to leave the car with them overnight... such an inconvenience as I was at work late waiting for my car and about to leave for the dealership... all of my colleagues gone (one of them live close by my house and could have given me a ride if I had known earlier).. So I had to uber home, and I live in Prosper, not very close from work (Richardson)... so anyways, the next day, the service rep tells me that it was a broken brake light switch after all, the technician simply didn't snap it in properly.. huh.. so all that inconvenience could have been avoided if they had taken the time to do this properly ???? Finally, when I got my car, and got home, I noticed that there was a new noise that wasn't there before.. when moving the driver seat back far enough, there is a loud noise.. almost like something wasn't snapped back in place properly... I called the dealership to ask about it, left a voicemail, and till today I have not got a callback... needless to say that was the last time I service my car there.... In general , my service rep was ok, to me the technician that worked on my car is probably the person that caused all this inconvenience, and probably created that other problem while fixing the car !!!

Called regarding getting a new key for my 2002 Ford Escort ZX2. Was told that the cost would be $125 for the key and fob and another $150 to program both the key and fob. Only problem is that there is no chip in the 2002 Ford Escort keys.. So why would it need programming??

There are at least two other Ford dealerships much closer to my home that I could have gone to. I decided to make the drive to North Central Ford because I felt confident that i would be treated well and the price would be fair. I was right. The courtesy driver that game me a ride home was nice and professional. Ronnie Ralph, the assistant service manager, was polite, professional , upfront and efficient. The cashier was great. I appreciate all of them and will continue to bring my vehicle here, as well as recommend the dealership to family and friends.

I came into the dealership just to look at some of the new cars in Ford s line up and consider a few different options as a possible upgrade from my ten year old gas guzzling SUV. Doug spoke with me about the things that were important to me in my current vehicle and why I was so attached that I have kept it for so long. I felt he really listened and paid attention to the things that mattered the most to me when it comes to owning my car. Over the years, I have visited numerous dealerships just to brows and have often spoke with the sales reps about possibly changing vehicles which always lead to me being more satisfied to keep my current vehicle rather than take on a new car payment. Doug was diligent in his effort to find the right vehicle that offered everything I could ever ask for and more, and he also managed to find the right car that placed my payment within 1 dollar of my very strict budget confinements. I was literally blow away by his professionalism and moved by his compassion. I felt like Doug actually cared about what I wanted and needed and he was so happy for me and my bride to be when we drove away in our new Ford Edge. He also took the time to walk us around the lot and introduce us to the service department manager and let us know exactly what to do in times of service repair needs and routine maintenance visits. Because of his thoughtfulness and thoroughness, I am very happy to be a North Central Ford Dealership customer.

I have been a customer of North Central Ford for several years. I would like to thank the sales agent (Wassim, I hope I write his name correctly), as he was professional, well informant, honest, loyal, supportive and active. We did not wander around and cut to the point. We spent less than two hours for selling my truck and buying another car. I spent almost 2.5 hours to only buy a car last time I was in a car dealership.
My son is so happy and excited about his car, and me too. I hope this car works safe and well for us.

Don't get your car serviced here!! My F150 Raptor needed an alignment, they told me it would be $900. They said it needed a special kit that was expensive because the camber bolt didn't allow for enough adjustment. Keep in mind I'm running stock tires and suspension. I declined and took the truck to an alignment shop where they had no trouble aligning the truck with no special parts. My total cost was $92.

I purchased a remote starter add-on directly from Ford, touted as "Plug & Play". The instructions to install it took about 5 minutes It isn't exactly "Plug & Play" because after installation, it just needs to be activated on my pickup. I took the instructions there to them, which was directly from a Ford Tech Manual Ford sent to me along with my add-on.
Here is what I needed them to do:
Connect IDS. (laptop)
Select new vehicle session.
Verify VIN.
Select the Tool Box icon.
Select Body.
Select Security.
Select Remote Start.
Select Yes. This will enable the remote start function on the vehicle.
Roughly 8 mouse clicks, which after hooking up the computer, takes around 5 minutes max
(I know because I've read about the installation in numerous forums before ordering it, and most people said their dealer didn't charge them anything, up to $50 max.)
What does North Central Ford want for 8 mouse clicks? $153. That's almost what I paid for the kit. Unbelievable. What do they think they are? Rocket Scientists? Turns out I can buy a good quality clone VMS cable, and get ahold of the IDS software for roughly that same price.

Who will not be going there for real service, or next time I am car shopping?

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found the staff to be super friendly. I was offered a ride at no additional cost to and from work. Unlike other dealerships, Five Star even cleaned my car for me. I dropped off the car at 7:00 A.M. and it was all set to go by 10:00A.M..

Went in for an oil change on my 2013 F-250 6.2L gas truck since they sent me a coupon special for $19.95. Note my truck uses 7 qts of oil so as expected I had to pay for the extra two quarts. They charged $3.59/qt which is about the same I would have to pay at one of the auto parts stores for a quality oil. I came in ~3 p.m. and was out about 30-40 minutes later for about what I paid at the last oil change done at one of the "quick" oil change stops. Satisfied with the service provided at a reasonable price and would recommend taking advantage of the service specials.

My experience was phenomenal! Benny Franklin, Felicia Smothers and Chris the Finance Manager were beyond awesome. I have purchased cars before and the experience was long, drawn out and exhausting to say the least so I naturally expected this experience to be the same. I am happy to say I was completely wrong, LoL! These three treated me as though I was a VIP client and not a customer. The process was seamless and stress free. There aren't enough characters allowed in this survey for me to express the extreme pleasure I felt driving away from your Ford dealership in my new ride! Benny was so professional and his positive energy was just what I needed because I wasn't sure what type of vehicle would be the right fit for my family and I. He listened attentively to my needs and concerns. he stayed in constant contact with me and gave me several options until I found the right vehicle. Once my decision was made and I arrived to pick up my new car Felicia stepped right in. She took the time to explain every single detail and amenity of the car. I'm not very tech savvy so she even showed me how to set up my blue tooth capability. She was so patient and professional and I greatly appreciated that. Most finance managers have a reputation of being uptight and all about the numbers. Chris was the total opposite, LoL! We talked as though we were old college buddies! He took the time to explain to me why certain products and offers were important and he allowed me to make the final decision on which products worked best with my budget. (He even gave me a few shopping tips on how to get the best deals from Amazon, LoL) We seriously were talking like old friends!

I leased a Fusion 2 years ago and it was time to lease a new vehicle. I decided to upgrade to a 2014 Explorer. The salesperson who leased me the Fusion, Kevin Mayes actually started calling me about 6 months before my current lease expired. Candidly, as you know most salespeople don't do a good job with follow up so kudos to him. We talked earlier in the week and when I arrived on Saturday he made the transition to the new Explorer as seamless as possible. My wife even commented how professional he was and really appreciated the ease and the quickness of the sale. In addition William Mills kept it fun and Jill and Shahan handled the financing and paperwork expeditiously. Lastly, Kevin did a thorough delivery including offering to sync my phone. My wife's lease on her Escape is up next year and we will definitely buy or lease all of our vehicles from North Central Ford. I suggest everyone to shop and buy at North Central Ford. I promise you will love the True Price "no hassle" buying experience!

I just purchased an F-150. I love this dealership. A great selection, and great service. This was a no BS dealership. I test drove the first day and the salesman wasn't pushy. I left to think things over. The next day I bought the truck. I was treated with first class service. The front desk would page my salesman, and give me a water and sit me in the front area for my comfort. I would recommend this company for your needs.

Absolute Best Experience EVER!! I rarely go to dealers, preferring to purchase from an individual, but Charles Washington is the absolute best salesman I've ever worked with. In fact I wouldn't consider him a car salesman he's more like a broker advocate. He was able to look out for the interests of his dealership while advocating for us his customer and it was a WIN WIN for everyone. I drove from OKC to purchase a Lexus, contacting several dealer and by far North Central Ford was the most outstanding! Their internet marketing is phenomenal, he reserved the car for us for only $100 which was refundable if we didn't select it. Because of that I got the best Lexus in Dallas because if not it would have been gone before I got there. Charles waited while I went and looked at the others and was superb when we decided on theirs. He worked with our bank in OKC, had the car cleaned over and a full tank of gas and we were headed back to OKC within an hour!! You will not be disappointed working with them!! Call Charles Washington and he will have you covered!!

My advisor appeared to be knowledgeable, although he was a little frustrated when I brought in my vehicle; apparently because his fellow advisors weren t helping Other customers who were waiting (not a bad thing for my guy to think).
More to the point of this review, however, was that i brought my car in for a tune up, among a couple other smaller items (oil change and state inspections - both of which appeared to be done satisfactorily).
I drove my Car away back to my office, and about 10 minutes after leaving the dealership while sitting at a red light, the car just stopped running. I tried to turn the ignition back on, but it would not fire back up. I had to push the car out of the active lane of traffic (in 100* heat) and call back the dealership. I was given the name of a towing service as the only help offered (by another advisor as mine was at lunch). After about 10 minutes my vehicle started again and i was able to drive to the office and then home later that afternoon. However, on the drive home, the vehicle ran vary rough, and there were a couple of times i felt like it might stall out again.
The symptoms, for which I took the vehicle in to fix originally are now even worse.
I did speak with my advisor and he said to bring it back in - which i will do in a couple of weeks when it s convenient (luckily we don t drive this vehicle daily). But it s still a hassle to do that (and i m Also assuming it gets fixed properly this next time in).

This was the worst service experience I have ever received. I was asked to make an appointment for an oil change, which I did to ensure they could provide the service in a timely manner. I was there for 3 hours for an oil change, when I was told it was going to take one. At any other garage this would have taken 30 minutes. I wasted an entire morning, and no one told me it would have taken that long. If they had warned me I would have gotten a rental and left. A lot of poor communication from their service department and no explanation for why the simplest service took an entire morning after already scheduling an appointment.
