I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Escape and was grateful for the help of Charles Washington. I ask for contact via text and he did a great job of keeping me posted.

When we met in person to sign the final paperwork and pick up my new car, Charles greeted me at the front desk, took me to his office and had me out of the dealership in 40 minutes.
