Have no problems with the service department itself, it's great. The problem: I had made a appointment for 1:15 for an oil change, arrived a few minutes early, was told they were running 2 hours behind, so what good is setting a appointment? DONT GET IT GUYS! Could I not have been informed ahead of time? You had email and phone number.
