So glad I chose to bring my vehicle to this dealership, not going back to other dealership that is actually closer to home.

If I could give them a zero, I would! Worst customer service ever! Walk in and was not greeted right away. Call a day prior to and had an appointment and inform them I would stay with the car. Once the second service person finally acknowledged me and tells me we can t get to your car until Tuesday. Such a waste of time when that should have been told to me on the phone when I made the appointment. Callled another Ford dealership FIVE Star and the customer service was night and day. Please look elsewhere for service of your car!

It took three visits to the dealership to resolve my truck's issues. Andrew in the service department stayed on it until it was resolved and communicated very well throughout the entire process. It took more visits than I wanted, but he provided great service all around which is all I can ask for.

Bought the car here. We went in for our first complementary oil change. Set an appointment and everything. Waited 10 min to get helped. Theres was only 1 person waiting. Manager charles walked by and said yall r getting helped right? Well no. Said 1.5 hrs. Took 2.5. Had another issue but didnt get resolved. He was the manager? Wow. 3 reps. Never greeted or anything. Just terrible. Glad it was free! Never going back and would never recommend this dealership! Sorry but not sorry. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment for 8 am on a Tuesday to get my husband's F150 looked at due to the check engine light coming on and the truck misfiring. They didn't get to the truck until Wednesday afternoon. Told us it was a bad spark plug (funny we had just replaced all of the spark plugs and coil overs prior to bringing the truck in), paid over $200 for the diagnostic and replacement of the spark plug. Two days later the check engine light came back on, called up Charles in the service department and was told we have to bring it back in for a compression test and pay another $275 just for the testing plus whatever it would cost to fix what's wrong with it. This should have been done while they had the truck the first time but I guess they don't care if they do the job right. This was the first time we used this dealer for service and we will never be back.

We brought the car in for several things; state inspection, periodic maintenance, and some repairs. We ended up having the car in the shop for a week or so. We got No Communication throughout the week of what was required or what the schedule looked like. At some point we should have been offered a loaner if this was going to take a week. But with no information and no responses to voice mail it was quite frustrating to have no vehicle!

The service area Andrew Carr was great, knowledgeable, friendly. The people during the payment desk are also friendly and efficient.
The reason I gave 3 stars was there was a problem with my repair.
I had a water pump replaced and the repair was quick. But the technician failed to correctly place a hose clamp which caused me to lose over 2 gallons of coolant during a trip into Dallas.
The second repair was also quick but it required me to go into the dealership twice for one problem.
Andrew was very helpful and I'm sure it wasn't his fault but the whole situation was stressful since I have a special needs child and one of my biggest fears is being stranded.

I wanted to thank Jim Ayo , Assistant Service Manager from North Central Ford for taking care of the extensive work that needed to be done on my 2018 F-150! Jim got my truck in had all the work completed and back to me in the exact amount of time he told me when I dropped the truck off! Jim also called me with updates on the progress of the repairs. I have purchased many vehicles from North Central Ford and one of the main reasons is the service after the sale by people like Jim Ayo! It is also a pleasure doing business on a new vehicle with Todd Mayes! Todd is not pushy and listens to make sure he fills all your needs in a new vehicle!

Called from out of state. Looking to buy s cheap little car. The internet manager called me and verified it. I sent In a credit app. I don t have fantastic credit but it s not horrible. The guy text me we might have something to go on. He says he will call me and doesn t. I call and text and he says Jill in finance will call. She doesn t. Then he says a general sales manager will call me. He doesn t. So the next day I call in. Talked to billy. He got on it and found out what s going on. He called me back and it was couldn t come to terms. If you are looking for a used car talk to billy the manager but the other two aren t useless. Would have loved to come to terms or even had a call back instead of dodging the calls and text. Not everyone has perfect situations by everyone deserves respect and decency to be told what s going on. I suggest maybe going somewhere else if you don t have great credit and you ll be respected.

I have bought my last 5 cars at North Central Ford and I do all of my maintenance work there as well. I have not encountered any issues or problems which have to be addressed. And Roy is a very attentive and insightful service tech, and a sense of humor which helps, in the auto industry.

They had me quickly out the door when I had my oil change. However, I wish the gentlemen hadn't been so annoyed at the service desk when I called in twice about the status of my car.

In other news, despite them taking 8 hours to figure out what might have been wrong with my car, and they were unable to replicate it, they did take care of the bill for me, for which I'm very grateful. I just wish they had told me that they were busy and this might take a while to get to my car. I was very puzzled that when I was the 5th person there at 630 in the morning and it took them 8 hours to get my car back to me.

This rating is for the service department only. We are very satisfied with all other aspects of North Central Ford but every time we have brought our 2016 Escape in for routine maintenance we have complained about the brakes squealing when we stop. Nothing has been done to correct the problem. Brakes work but coming to a stop gets drivers in other cars looking at us wondering why our brakes are so loud.

We visited Shannon Owens with our son to trade in the Fusion we bought from North Central in December 2013 and buy a new car for our son to use while he works at NASA. Our son wanted a Mustang convertible and I wanted an Escape SUV. Shannon and Pedro lined the two cars up so our son could look at both. Although our son still chose the Mustang, we bought the Escape because of the difference in price. The Griffin team did an excellent job for us.

I went in for the"Works" and a state inspection. N Central Ford not only changed the oil, checked and filled all fluid levels and also checked tire pressures. The waiting room was clean, free water in the fridge and free wifi made my wait more comfortable.

I felt after leaving your service department that I was told a price that was incorrect. I paid you over a $150.00 just to see what was wrong. Then got a quote for about $3000.00. Nope, Good ol' Russell--not my usual guy--schedules the oil change and transmission flush first, So by the time they air bag guys get my Fusion it's too late in the day. I was without my vehicle for two days. No loaner. No apology. No thank you. NEVER returning for service. My money and my business will go elsewhere.

Went to pick up a car, the dealership had the paperwork ready to go, I was in and out in minutes. As a general rule I have found that if a dealership takes the time to efficiently and pleasantly handle the small transactions, the big deals rarely have big issues.

My buying experience took longer than it should ve due to a sales person (osama) that was trying to push me into everything but the truck I wanted. He was telling me my payments would be too high in the truck I wanted, which I took offense to. But once I found the truck I wanted, the finance team was awesome. They went above and beyond to get me the 0% and 120 days deferred payment. I was really happy with them. Finance team deserves 5 stars. Service department is also great. My man Osama, he just needs to listen more to what people are wanting to buy.

He is very knowledgeable in his profession every time .I go in for my oil change on my 2016 Ford GT Mustang he always let me know what, I need to change if its anything and he is fair . I dropped off my Ford Edge for service covered under the warranty at the beginning of March 2020. They reviewed the service required and then provided a loaner car for the duration of the service. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by the North Central Ford team.

A/C compressor went out and battery light came on. They charged $169 to "fix" the batteryn light issue which they said they diagnosed and it was a "missing fuse" (I bought the truck new in 2014 and I'm the only one with access to it) they said the 10amp fuse they put in was in the fuse box under the hood, block #38. #38 is a relay, not a fuse. So they lied and ripped me off there. I knew the A/C was the compressor but their charge to replace it was more than twice as much as the shop down the road. ($1450 instead of $700) I only chose to let them do the work because I didn't want to take it to 2 shops, and their warranty has unlimited miles for 2 years instead of 24k miles 2 years.

For such a well established and well known dealership I am disappointed in the backend service. The purchase experience was great. But of course you would expect this from a company trying to earn your business. Yet when the follow through comes to pass I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with my service.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle on Dec. 4, 2015, my temp tags expired on Feb. 2, 2016. I've purchased new & used vehicles in the past & have received my metal tags in 2-4 weeks. So I thought 8 weeks seemed a bit of over kill but I assume they are allowed 60 days to provide you tags. I have been pulled over twice for expired tags. I have called on FOUR different dates since tags expired. Once I spoke to someone other than a voicemail & they said my plates were not in their possession & they forwarded me to someone in the pre-owned title dept. I left a voicemail with two in the title dept and with two in the management dept and have yet to receive a call back or voicemail.

My patience left me. I called 4 times today February 25, 2016 & have been transferred FOUR times & have yet to speak with anyone. I was transferred to some one in the title dept, two managers and the office manager. All of which are conviently away from the phone.

I have NEVER experienced this poor of customer service from multiple employees and management from such a renowned dealership.

If you want a great buying experience and are not concerned with the back end/follow up customer service that you expect from a dealership then North Central Ford is your location. If you expect the same professionalism after your purchase that you received as they were trying to earn your business - Check out some one else.

I hope no one else receives the same customer care that I have. But seeing how it was multiple times with a different employee each time - I believe there is lack of structure in the back end customer service for such a prestigous dealership.

I brought my Ford F-150 to Noth Central Ford because I was due for an oil change and would be traveling for business to and from Austin and Fort Worth for the next several weeks. The service associate suggested they check the battery because of some built up corrosion on one of the battery connections and I was told they would let me know if anything needed to be done. The associate never followed up with me and 5 hours after leaving the shop I had to call AAA because my truck was dead in a gas station parking lot. When I took the truck to Autozone to check the battery the positive lead on the battery was so cooroded it nearly broke off as they were removing the connectors. I attempted to provide feedback through the North Central Ford website in lieu of flaming them publicly, however instead of reading the the content of post to their site and following up with my comments appropriately I was contacted by a sales associate who was under the impression I was looking for a new Ford. Even after explaining the situation the sales associate responded that s great, that s great which obviously it is far from great, and never offered to forward my complaint to service and was interested in nothing other than selling me a new car. Based on my experience 1) I see no reason to put my trust in North Central Ford s Service Department, 2) I would never consider buying a Ford from North Central.

This is a very reputable dealership. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, there are two things in my recent experience that could have gone better. I came down from Missouri and made their sales manager aware of this a day prior. I told them I had been approved for a loan and what vehicle I was interested in. They told me they would hold the vehicle and I thought all was well. When I got there, I attempted to move forward with the purchase. When I did, the sales staff told me they did not accept my out of state loan approval letter. I was not told this prior to leaving for Texas. I contacted my loan officer and tried to see what could be done. All the dealership needed to do was fax three documents on the vehicle to my loan officer, then we could have used a shared bank and got it done. There was limited time, and for a reason unknown to me, it took over an hour for them to fax three simple documents. Time ran out, my loan officer clocked out, and conveniently they offered me to finance through one of their lenders. I declined, and stayed an extra night (Sunday night) and contacted a different salesman on Monday morning. He got the entire process, to include the full purchase of the vehicle, getting to the shared bank, and everything done in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating the best they could be, however, I suggest ensuring clear communication on what needs to be brought or done for out of state buyers. Overall, great dealership with great prices and in the event I would need another vehicle, I would go back! Thank you all who assisted me.

Bought a used 05 Escape in December of 2017. Following that purchase, in under 2 weeks the check engine light appears. I take it back to Ford and they claim it was "likely I left the car running while filling up gas". Nonetheless they reset the O2 sensor. About a month later the check engine light returned. I then took it to autozone where I learned it was the catalytic converter. I took it back to Ford and they kept it for two days claiming it was possibly just a faulty sensor. They replace the sensor and a month later the check engine light returns. I go back to Ford and they claim that since a few months have passed since the purchase it isnt certain if they sold it that way. I have since spent $1300 on replacing two catalytic converters and have had the car die on me twice. They masked a smoke smell and turned off the car alarm temporarily that goes off because it feels the rear right door is ajar. I'm not ever buying a Ford again and I'd urge people not to buy one here.

Bad customer service we will not return to buy any vehicle here anymore. We bought a vehicle here and after all the processing ready to drive our new car home the gas signal in the car is red and there is no gas in the vehicle. We are very disappointed what a nightmare. I call and talk to the manager and he stated that maybe their gas pump is not working that is why they did not put any gas in our new car. I say to him if that was the case how come they did not let us know? I guess he finally says sorry to me. Now its been more than a month and we still did not receive our plate for the vehicle yet, I call North Central Ford to see why its taking this long and the lady stated that it will take almost 2 month and once they receive it they will call me but the temporary paper plate will be expired in about 3 weeks. Very very disappointed horrible place to buy a car here. I just bought 2 vehicle in a different dealership last year and they call us within 3 weeks the most that our plate is ready to be pick up. So disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. Typically dealers find one way or another to get the best of you. I dealt with the service department after I had lost one of my keys to my vehicle. I was in and out in an hour with a new additional key and everything reprogrammed to prevent theft. Overall great experience.

Electronic throttle body went out and my car was left in a low speed mode. I didn't even call before I came in and they were extremely helpful in all aspects. Russell asked me what happened and I told him. I also asked if I could have an oil change and a tire rotation. This last minute request when everyone else is making reservations was completed on the same day! The shuttle driver (forgot his name) was extremely personable and was great company as he drove me to work that day. All around wonderful experience! I will be back for sure!

I brought my car in for service with no appointment the day before Christmas Eve. Chris took great care of me and my car was completed the next day! Needed spark pugs and a hose replacement so they even had to order parts and it still was that quick. Great communication throughout the process and a free shuttle to work. The Service Man, named Roy was Super Nice and 5-STAR helpful, keeping me posted, and making recommendations for new wiper blades, etc. He even escorted me to my vehicle! But then, when I got INTO my car, I found an empty DR. PEPPER Drink Can on the passenger seat, and my Glove Box WIDE OPEN!! (There was no need to anyone to look in there!!). They had washed my vehicle, and it started raining on the way home. My REAR WIPER was Streaking badly, and when I got home I discovered the WHOLE REAREND of my Vehicle HAD NOT BEEN WASHED! Obviously, the REAR WIPER BLADE WAS NOT REPLACED!! Sounds like there is a problem in the Make Ready Department!

Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation and this is not the first time this has happened to me and is becoming the norm. The quickest service I have gotten has been a little over one hour but on average takes about 90 minutes. I am tire of complaining and the long wait times and will not be back as I have given them way too many chances.

Jim in the Service Dept is the very best. I can't say enough about the excellent service he always gives me. I've been going the NC Ford for many years and Jim has always taken great care of me and my Ford Edge. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
