Absolute Best Experience EVER!! I rarely go to dealers, preferring to purchase from an individual, but Charles Washington is the absolute best salesman I've ever worked with. In fact I wouldn't consider him a car salesman he's more like a broker advocate. He was able to look out for the interests of his dealership while advocating for us his customer and it was a WIN WIN for everyone. I drove from OKC to purchase a Lexus, contacting several dealer and by far North Central Ford was the most outstanding! Their internet marketing is phenomenal, he reserved the car for us for only $100 which was refundable if we didn't select it. Because of that I got the best Lexus in Dallas because if not it would have been gone before I got there. Charles waited while I went and looked at the others and was superb when we decided on theirs. He worked with our bank in OKC, had the car cleaned over and a full tank of gas and we were headed back to OKC within an hour!! You will not be disappointed working with them!!
