I believe Norman Fred over works their service department. They make service promises and obviously don't hire enough mechanics to fullfil these services. Norman fred provides a great buying experience. BUT are not truthful about services they provide, the oil changes are a sceduling nightmare. We were to show up and did not need an appointment, we were here with at 6:30 am and waited 3 (THREE) hours. The second time after being told again an appointment was not necessary we came at 6:30 am again for an oil change and hood latch recall. They provided a ride home and at the end of their business day called and told us to come pick it up. They had our only Vehicle. It took all day to do an oil change and hood latch recall. We are here again for an oil change and trailer hitch recall. We had an appointment for 2:15 pm and were told they could do it tomorrow. We started to get upset so they are going to do it today, maybe I should have brought a sleeping bag.
