My truck sat at the sevice department with an oil leak for 3 days and no one seemed to have the time to look at it. When I questioned the service department about this I was told that it was typical for them to take up to 3 days to look at a vehicle and their was no way to predict when they would be able to look at my truck. This was all information that was not divulged to me before dropping my truck off. Clearly my business is of little to no importance here.
