Went there for recurring problems with my transmission. Transmission makes a grind everytime the gears catch apparently this terrible grinding sound is "normal" according to GM (no wonder they're going bankrupt). Well when I went on the drive with the technician so he could hear the sound, he was more concerned with how I was paying (out of pocket or with warranty) than the problem with my truck and asked me repeatedly, "How are you paying?". If you can avoid going here, then do so.
