I'm very happy and satisfied with my choice of buying my very first car from Nissan. Since when I bought it at Midway Nissan in Whitby I've been experiencing excellent Customer Service. Right now I am having my tires changed to winter ones at Nissan Downtown Toronto and I must say, their service must be standard. The people here make you feel like you're the best customer they have, and I only have a Micra!

George was wonderful, knowledgeable, kind and sympathetic when helping me with my winter tires choice; Lenny has always been striking me with his excellent customer service skills.

To all of you at Nissan, thank you so much for your honesty, great service, awesome facility and great smile. Way to go, guys!
