I purchased my new vehicle from this location and started to have issues with my windshield seal (manufacturing issue) four days after. When I went in to have it checked out by the sales person I had to wait 50 minutes to see the manager. The manager then sent me to the services department, they did not even bother to look at what the issue was. Instead, they told me to book an appointment one week away in order for them to simply look at it. The reason why I got a newer model was to avoid issues and have a peace of mind. I ended up going to another dealer who was able to look at my vehicle and book an appointment in less than 10 minutes. I expected better service since this was the second vehicle I purchased in less than one year from them. I think the company should look into ameliorating their customer service in the services department.
