I had spent quite a bit of time researching vehicles on-line and came across one I liked at Nissan Downtown. I contacted the sales person via e-mail and he immediately responded. We set up an appointment to view the car. When my wife and I got to the dealership we were courteously greeted and they even parked our car. Very friendly people at every step. We test drove the car and really liked it so we set up the deal and were done in an hour. Came back a few days later to pick up the car. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
