been using this mob for about a year, always hoping their customer service responses to my letters, promising to do better wil be upheld,, but the total lack of care towards my personal belongings on numerous occasions has left me with zero confidence in this company. i am easy going and not a big complainer, but when my items arrive in complete disarray i have to speak up.
