An extremely helpful service that has allowed me to save substantially on shipping costs from the US. I've also used the personal shopper a few times and found that very helpful. On those occasions when I have had difficulties, the representatives have worked with me to resolve the issue even to the point of waiving their fees when they considered that it was the right thing to do. Angel worked very closely with me on a recent issue and was so very helpful, understanding and determined to reach the solution that worked best for me. I am satisfied with the product they offer because it is sometimes 3 times less than what I would have paid to ship directly through FedEx or UPS; and I am satisfied that they are willing to work with me to ensure that they deliver the best quality service to my happiness.
