If I could rate this service with negative stars I...

If I could rate this service with negative stars I would. I was switching from another company, hoping for better value. The bottom line is in 45 days I have sent several emails to customer service with no response. There is a mistake in the value of the shipments which is going to double my import tax. We are talking thousands of dollars. No reply. I have paid thousands of dollars to have shipments sent. Still not sent and again no reply as to why.
