I know these guys are getting hammered by all the circumstances. For me they have been quick to communicate and let us know of the ongoing issues. They are trying to get the most out of their resources and in the general scheme of things an extra bit of time to wait is hardly an issue. They always pack my goods intelligently and without fuss. As an Australian the whole service is a wonderful opportunity to purchase goods I can't normally get back home.
