I ve had a package at myus since June 18 it s now ...

I ve had a package at myus since June 18 it s now July 10 and it s still not ready to be shipped. All of my items came in one box and I ve uploaded the invoice numerous times. Every email or chat correspondence has been the same that they are looking into it. I m so sick of it. The items total $500 and they never have any answers. I will definitely be deleting my account with them once it s resolved if it ever gets resolved. Their system is terrible. My first experience over a year ago was great but this is definitely the end for me.
