Great company, very handy to get parcels forwarded...

Great company, very handy to get parcels forwarded onto me in Australia. The only problem i seem to face is that it takes so long between the time my parcels arrive at MyUS and the time it takes to put the packages into my suite. I have had 2x parcels arrive at the centre 3 days ago now and they are still not in my suite. I have emailed asking about them but no reply. I hope they have not lost them. Otherwise a great company.
