Absolutely Appalling service. I placed an order on 25th May for 3 items all from one company in America 2 of the items were Birthday gifts. Was told please allow 3-10 for shipping, 53 days later still not shipped , I've had to chase MyUS since 28 days after the order , poor excuses and I asked for refund but they seem unwilling to give it to me. Even when they say they will be in touch I have to contact them again as they do not contact me, Terrible Service , shall never order from them again ZERO STARS
