Use MYUS regularly..... I am sympathetic to the fact that we are still dealing with this pandemic BUT they have been holding my shipment [1 item] since the first week July. Tried calling - no such luck ..... numerous emails - no replies. It is customer care to at least revert back, especially if there is an issue with shipping the item. I want feedback .... just want to know what the prob is ????
