Dear Owner,

You have an online scammer using your business to collect items from Craigslist scams. The alias or receiving name of this customer (at least in my case) is Kelly Kate and he/she has been stealing and scamming items from Craigslist like laptops and other electronics. He/she first fraudulently obtains the Paypal information of an unknowing party and uses their account to send payment to a seller on Amazon/Ebay/Craigslist, and then has the item shipped to your facility. I am not sure how to go about doing anything about this besides letting you know. I hope you will look into this and put a stop to it. Thank you.

I have labeled this company as the worst company that i have ever done business with.
They deserve a negative rating, zero is to good for them.
Borderline criminals, or completely incompetent, take your pick.

Stay away at all costs, I have suspicion that the positive reviews are written by themselves.

They advertise on their website three to four days to get a parcel in your sweet it's more like 2 to 3 weeks still.

They told us they didn't have our package even though we provided proof that they received it.

Then they told us that they returned our package.
The voided our warranty by holding on to our package for months without checking it into our Suite.
Terrible.

They keep on inputting the wrong item values even though I submit receipts before the package arrives they keep putting the rrp instead of what I paid on the receipt. They are the most frustrating company ever and I will not be using them again as they dont rectify it and I end up iver paying vat and duty.

I hardly give reviews on services that i use, but when i do, you will have to that such company services is a top notch. They have best shipping rate i have ever seen. Absolutely positive experiences with this business...

Absolutely positive experiences with this business, even during the pandemic. Expect 3 to 5 days delay in order for them to log in your packages to your suite but that's normal now given the circumstances, otherwise when things were normal and everyone was happy, it was 12 to less than 24 hours.
Safe and trustworthy and if your are a premium subscriber, you will save plenty amounts when shipping several packages at once. Highly recommend the yearly subscription as it offers better value than monthly subscription.
Choosing the automatic cheapest shipping choice with consolidation usually means that your package will ship within between 24- and again less than- 48 hours.
Additional services like inspecting packages and detailed pictures will eventually prove priceless for items that are sensitive and delicate and the staff will follow your instructions to fulfill your specific needs and if the initial response results did not satisfy you, they will try their best to meet the results that you require but within reasonable limits.
Customer service are extremely helpful too and will do whats necessary to resolve any issues or make changes according to your request if needed.

If there s a zero star, that s what I will give. It s my first time shipping with you and it s a regrettable experience. I haven t received my full shipment (paid to be delivered in 1-4days) for over two weeks now. I have sent emails severally and no response from anyone. The phone lines are never picked up and their voicemail box is full. I spent over three hours on a chat queue to chat with a representative today and she was a very rude and mean person. She showed lack of concern and empathy towards a client s plight and she ended the chat abruptly while I was typing not giving room for a total resolve. This is the chat I had with her in the pictures. I am totally disappointed.

If the owner would read this ratings, I need my shipment from suite Account 6600-648. I have paid for DHL expedited shipping and also paid customs clearance in my country so I don t understand the delay.

MyUS hasn t shown any good level of professionalism and I will never recommend this company unless amends are made

UPDATE: OCT 12, 2020: I have called DHL and they have made it known to me that they are only liable to the shipper and not the receiver. So MyUS representative says I should call DHL myself and DHL says they will only deal with the shipper. This is so unfair of MyUS. I regret ever using this company. And BERYL GRACE is the worst person anyone could ever hire for their business

I am still waiting on a package I sent to My US address that was delivered a week ago! It needs to be forwarded to India ASAP and the chat machine on their website keeps saying they are backed up. So basically my shipment is sitting in their warehouse right now. Extremely disappointed and this needs to be addressed now. Does anyone have any referrals for another company to forward US shipments to India? I do not plan to do business here anymore.

MyUS used to be a good company to deal with. NOT ANYMORE.
I was sent my package from MyUS with one item missing (In Review for package location). After 3 weeks I was charged $16.98 U.S. for mailing the item that had been in review.
Just received the package. It just contained the original package envelope in a plastic bag and some brown paper padding. The ring was NOT there.
I was charged another $16.98 for what should have been sent to me free as it was their fault it was not in the first package. I am at a loss to know how someone could pack this package and NOT realize that the item (Ring ) was NOT there.
I smell a RAT !!!

My US were able to send my parcel asap during the pandemic without any problems whatsoever. It was the FIRST time I had used My US & I was unsure it would make it. My US stepped up & delivered!! They provided tracking & the parcel was repacked very well. I will be back again. Highly recommended. Great service!!!! Gold star quality!!!! Thanks so much everyone @ my US.

Absolutely terrible and horrific service, my package spent a week at their facility before it got sorted, emailed them over 5 times with no response, chat support will take at least 2 hours to connect, then shipping (supposedly 2 to 5 days) takes 1 to 2 weeks. Unbelievably misleading and rude employees. NEVER again!

The price of my package was automatically withdrawn from my account WITHOUT my approval. I have also noticed that the shipping prices are OUTRAGEOUS. A $20 item will end up costing me over $90 by the time I place my shipping request. Plus, they don't even answer your e-mail or connect you to a live agent when they know they did something wrong.

Will never use this site again.

This time was not as perfect as always. The package was sent several days later (very unusual for MyUS) and I didn't get an answer to the mail I have sent.
But due to COVID-19 and thanks to the great experience till now I have to give 5 stars. :-)

I have been using MyUS to ship items that don t support international shipping from the originating online merchants site, they can be purchased from various merchants, or sensitive items such as batteries, soldering flux, etc.

MyUS packaged them together and gave an easy to use online declaration form for customs, and also they provide various shipping options from the least expensive, DHL, FedEx and UPS.

During normal days, packages are delivered within reasonable time. Although, there was a considerable amount of delays during COVID-19 in Florida, packages arrived as expected and they make a great effort to make sure it s delivered.

Consumer beware!

MyUS would appear to be a professional company on the surface, but they are anything but. I had a terrible experience with them that resulted in wasted time, money and a lot of headache.

I was going to make a purchase of some items classified as 'Dangerous Goods'. Because of that, I wrote to them TWICE before purchasing to ask if they are able to ship that to me, and TWICE I was assured by their customer service that they would be able to ship to me no problem.

Come shipping time, I received an 'urgent e-mail' from them saying that FedEx was unable to deliver to my postcode. Their solution? "Provide another postcode or we can either return to sender or discard it." I wrote back saying that I DOUBLE-checked before making the purchase and was promised that they can be shipped. Their answer? "We can ship it but FedEx cannot deliver it." What the heck?

So again, beware of the scam company. On top of that I've also been charged other fees, and I expect they will charge me again to discard the item. Stay away from this fraudulent company!

I have absolutely nothing even remotely good to say about MyUS's customer support. There is no way to contact them by phone, and they don't respond to customer support emails. They don't even have something as basic as a verification email that notifies you that your message had been received. The chat online feature was also abhorrent. My questions were never answered but instead followed by very contradictory copy/pasted information. Then, when I asked them to clarify what they mean, they answer with incoherent 1-3 word answers and CONTINUE to copy/paste the same information they've already posted before. I'm exhausted and deleting my account. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in year.

horrible horrible service. very slow to answer emails. and their live chat seems pointless too

shipping is also overpriced. during one instance, they unnecessarily increased dimensions of the package, which advertently increased the costs by a significant margin.

their accounts/billings is a bit sketchy too. had to check one by one, but eventually found that they double charged me with some stuff.

will definitely be using someone else next time

I sent a parcel and it was automatically shipped back. The address I provided for billing was automatically filled as default address. Shipping is automatic and you can't change it unless you pay for membership. I got two emails at the same time, your parcel arrived and parcel was shipped. Ruined all Christmas for the friends. Now I have to wait when I receive the parcel back, then ship it again. They should tell you upfront that you have to get a paid membership to make changes on your account.

One star.

I have twice bought an item and had it shipped.

The first time it arrived incomplete and useless.

The second time it did not arrive at all.

I have provided them with documentation showing
A) they acknowledge receiving the item
B) they acknowledge packing the item
C) I did not receive the item in my box

And still they are relentlessly stalling to buy and ship a replacement item. They also refuse requests to escalate my concerns to a manger.

So extremely disappointing for an organization I placed my trust in. Accidents happen - that s life. However refusing to quickly remedy repeated serious and forcing me to spend hours fighting with them is not excusable.

READ THE REVIEWS - THE WORST COMPANY AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I signed up with MyUs becasue I thought hey $7.00 monthly isn't a bad deal if I can get all of the things I need from the US shipped to me here in China. I thought it would be easier to go with a foward shipper instead of hassiling my family members to pack all my items and ship them for me. I thought being that MyUS is such a large company they would be the best bet. BOY WAS I WRONG. I would highly not recommend you use MyUS if you live internationally.

If you value good cusotmer service and communication. Dont sign up with MYUS

-The customer support is horrible
-You can never talked to an actual person on the phone.
-Your limited to the amount of characters you can put for your address. Which may not sound like a big issue but believe me it can be.
-They will not print out a seperate label in the countries language to make it easier for the currier to find your address if the majority of the country does not speak English.
-The customer support does not have direct communication with the shipping department so they essentially have to make a seperate request to the shipping department after you make a request to the cusotmer service.
-If your package is lost of abandonded it is no longer their problem.

I live in China and after signing up with them and waiting to get all of the things I needed which was a 3 month time span. I was ready to ship however I needed to make sure that when it arrived here in the China the delivery person or currier would be able to read the address. So I put the address in English and contacted chat support and told them I had the Chinese address and I would like them to print out a seperate label just with the Chinese address on it to place on the package so they could read it here in China. I was denied ( I have called other forward shippers and they said that is not a probelm). So they opted to insert the Chinese address in the line 2 from their end. It worked I was happy with that. I shipped that day. I checked the next day and the Chinese version of my address had been deleted. So I contacted chat support again and asked them to change it back they wouldn't. So at this point Im feed up I had been through at least 4 or 5 chat agents trying to get the address resolved so I decided that I would cancel the shipping request before they shipped. The agent told me they would have to submit a request to cancel the shippment to the shipping department and they could not do anyting from their end to cancel the shipping. So guess what they shipped my items with out my consent with the incorrect address but the correct city in China. So I had to go online and set it to be held at the local center. But now its being held in customs becasue MYUS described the contents of the package incorrectly and I may possibly lose all of the things I payed for and have been waiting for. AWESOME! Thank you MyUS!

Terrible service. I was charged double the quoted price. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging the company numerous times with no response. I do not recommend this company unless you are prepared to pay any price. I am just so disappointed that they won t even talk to me. I had more shipments to come but the lack of communication we are not willing to take the risk.

Even with the hurdles of covid-19, they did an amazing work making sure everything I wanted got on time, clean and in extreme order. their customer service are very helpful and took care of everything I needed. in all the time I use their service only one shipment was lost (not of their fault) and I received full refund and great service. highly recommended

Very poor service. Shipping costs were too expensive. Requesting to cancel the account was a drawn out and tricky process--a tactic I believe they use to continue charging their customers. Overall a terrible experience, and won't be using them again.

I have my package delivered to my suite by August 26 and it is suppose to be a birthday present. Now it is almost October. My order is labeled under review but I also got notified that they have shipped it. I have no clue of what s going on with my package. I sent emails, tried phone calls and other stuff but no one is helping me out. I can pay extra for faster delivery but please at least offer me the option. I really can t wait any more it had been 1 month sticking at MyUS suite. PLEASE HELP ME.

If you want to close down your account and give them the reason, they will still continuously charge you monthly fees and say that it is because you did not give a reason? Any excuse to steal money from you. They say "there is no monthly cost and you will only pay when you ship." This is not true! Every month they charge you a fee. Their company needs to be reported as a scam.

Creating the shipping request resulted in several options I could chose from: 1. the so-called "least expensive option", 2. a fixed rate at $518.97 and then a few more that would be faster but more expensive. I picked "the least expansive option" thinking it could not be more than a fixed price of $518.97. But you already guessed it: it was a lot more. I had to pay $618.97 or exactly $100 more. Trying to get a straight explanation from MyUS was impossible as it just danced around the topic. I resorted to take up the issue with my credit card company.

I've been using MYUS.com for years. I have found the service to be good, prices reasonable and turnaround times good.

Covid saw a period of longer turn around times which were irrelevant for me personally. I received a $20 credit to my account for any trouble caused which was unexpected but considerate.

My account is a casual account with no fees, I find the shipping rates to be reasonable. I have shipped a few rare or high value items, all have arrived without issue.

Website/portal has always been fast and easy to use. The forwarding process is largely automated anyway so visits are usually for historical purposes.

If you want to ship anything overseas, the only company to use in my opinion is MyUS.com. I will continue to be a regular customer.

Reliable service, professional packaging and documentation helpful to be cleared from import customs (with applicable taxes) easily. Email support may be little slow with 4-5 days response time, but live chat support team are always active 24 hours. Support team are friendly and pay attention to induvial requests instead of common responses like bots ! Express shipping rates are better comparing with other USA based forwarding companies. Been using them for last 3 years and subscribed for premium since last 2 years as I have become regular with USA shopping :)

As a first time user of a mail forwarding service I was apprehensive. The system that MyUS have established is well explained to the new user. I sent a question via the online chat (Which is why the 4 stars as it took a long time to get to chat). The operator was very good at explaining my problem and how they were going to fix it for me. True to his word it was remedied. The options to repack your deliveries and what company you want to choose to use is simple and easy to navigate. My pack was delivered to Australia in 3 days from the time it was sent from Sarasota. It took another 5 days in the Australia Post system to reach me!! I fully understood that MyUS was under duress with Covid-19 but did a great job to get my delivery out to me in a timely manner.

i have been a member with MyUs for more than two years and was satisfied with service , but lately there service started to deteriorate.
Things started when shipments took long time to go in my inbox ,,, and that improved a bit now .. but the ship request might take longer time .. i made ship request and kept on queue for 4 days and nothing happened. i cancelled that request . then i made another request for more expedited shipping service (more expensive), and still on queue for six days (time of this review ) . There chat service can not be reached (Agents busy all the time), and emails not replied .

I made a purchase in October and was put in my box the next day..
I made a shipping request.. And immediately sent on the same day.. Very nice.

Arrived my country in 5 days.

I increased the rating from previous 2 to 4.

I started using MyUS in 2018 and so far the service is excellent! The shipment is organized professionally and costs are relatively lower. I have also interacted with their customer support team and they helped a lot! I really recommend!!! I just dont give 5 stars because I would like them to also to have the Delivery Duty Paid option!!!

Literally, there is no one to help you. ever. I can't use this services because their costs for shipping are stupidly high. You guys are a joke if you think someone will honestly believe that you have good rates. Its pathetic. I wish i could rate you less than 1 star. By the time your done ordering a product, its almost double the price. Stupid! This is in no way a good service to anyone. Its a ripoff
