i have been a member with MyUs for more than two y...
i have been a member with MyUs for more than two years and was satisfied with service , but lately there service started to deteriorate.
Things started when shipments took long time to go in my inbox ,,, and that improved a bit now .. but the ship request might take longer time .. i made ship request and kept on queue for 4 days and nothing happened. i cancelled that request . then i made another request for more expedited shipping service (more expensive), and still on queue for six days (time of this review ) . There chat service can not be reached (Agents busy all the time), and emails not replied .

Shipment sent. Brings it to total of 14 days on shipment queue ..

Shipment arrived my country,,, but delivery delayed two more days as there were NO SHIPPING ADDRESS label... Just my phone number was mentioned ??
So between my ship request and its final destination delivery to my country 20 days by fedex priority.

Major improvement!!!
I made a purchase in October and was put in my box the next day..
I made a shipping request.. And immediately sent on the same day.. Very nice.
Arrived my country in 5 days.
I increased the rating from previous 2 to 4.
Great comeback.. Well done guys.
