I have been a premium member for 5+ years and they actually do a good job of packaging and sending your stuff. I rate 1 star however because A) their shipping rates are outrageous and yes, i consolidate and B) because every time you need help, there is never anyone to pick up the phone or to answer chat. This is so frustrating and I am seriously considering cancelling my service. To the MYUS lady answering all the Google and Sitejabber comments...please work the phones at your own customer service desk and maybe you would not have to do so much damage control on review boards. PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER my post with your regular platitudes.
