I order 2 parcel from the same buyer,they send the parcel in myus address,one in 28 nov and other in 29 nov,for they money they charge me twice,now i know their answer as well,they will said that the system will automatically do this because you are not a paid member.and the other thing is they didn t ask for quick courier.i got one parcel within the week but the another one i hadn t received yet.and when i try to make a complain about this via live chat i was so disappointed.so worst customer service.i will never ever use myus in near future neither I recommend for other.
